Guy behind the counter looked annoyed and immediately says "you probably can't do that." Interesting because I researched a couple 'upgrading the factory stereo' options in the online forums for my car beforehand and had a few options and plans with me ready to go. He then asked what the car was and shrugged his shoulders when I told him. I walked out. I next contacted Capital Car Audio in Epsom, NH. They had a proposal within a day to do exactly what I wanted at price I was happy with. I drove 2.5 hours to NH and waited 5 hours while they did the work. I'm glad I did. It was totally worth the drive and wait for the expert, knowledgable, and friendly service. I'm super happy with my new subwoofer upgrade that Creative Sound wasn't even interested in talking about.

From the consult appointment of KC to installation, we are pleased with the excellent customer service. Initially, KC made a visit to consult on our needs. No charge for home visit! He listened and answered our questions. He prepared an estimate that was emailed to us. We approved and paid a deposit. Shortly, after an appointment for installation was set up. The plan-- *Install a new 55" Samsung TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace. A sound bar was attached to the bottom of the TV. It will improve sound in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling. *Move the 46" Samsung TV we bought from Towne four years ago to another room, the office sitting area. It was mounted on a wall. Service men were efficient and professional. (They removed shoes in the house.) They checked with us about details including appropriate placement. After installation, an informative clear explanation of the remote settings for the tv and for the sound bar were given. They cleaned up. We highly recommend this family owned local business.

I wanted a new television for my basement to go over my workbench. I didn't care as much about resolution, upgraded speaker quality, etc. as it was a little-used television that I listened to more than watched while working on projects. I am not really tech savvy (nearly everything I was looking for was what my wife told me I needed, as I have trouble just getting the remotes to work) so I decided to come here first. The person I talked to was very helpful. He showed me a couple of televisions that would work but one was way more expensive than I needed (his words actually) and the other was so basic that various apps couldn't be installed onto it. He apologized but couldn't recommend spending a lot on a tv here when a cheap Asian import at Walmart would work a lot better. I appreciated his honesty and advice. If I need a really nice television, I will trust the people here.
