PS I could have done the work they did in about an hour if I was 20 years younger. It cost almost $400.

I contacted them using their webform, and unfortunately,.. before reading other reviews regarding this fee that they charge and ended up passing on using them when they contacted me. There's many other excellent electricians in the area that won't charge you a penny to come by and with no obligations to use them. That's the way we ended up going and we'll still have the excellence of service at a very competitive price. I'm sure Lloyd's is a great company and this review is not suggesting otherwise, but, do you want to spend $149 to end up not even using them? Lloyd's might consider a new policy for 2025, ..."your $149 estimate fee will be credited to your work", in-other-words, if you went with using Lloyd's, they would credit you that $149 back. Sadly, that is not their policy. Yet.

When I returned home I was missing some property I called my realtor to see if she moved it or remembers seeing it. She didn't move it but she does remember seeing it. It was a motorcycle helmet and gloves. It was a fancy helmet so it stood out. So the last person at the house was the electrician.!! So I called middlesex electric and Got interrogated. Questions like who else has access to the home, no one. Any signs of forced entry, no plus I have a alarm system. Well any chance of a power outage ? No it's all on a battery backup and i can see if the system was disarmed and it hade been. So all signs point to it walked out with the electrician. I'm pretty upset my complaint wasn't really taken seriously especially after giving them thousands of dollars over the years. Very disappointed I will chose a different electrician for now on.
