The only cleaners I use and the best I have found in Vermont!…read more I heard about Supreme Clean from a friend with high standards and great insight who uses them weekly. I couldn't be more happy with their services. Mistie (the owner) is in demand, but will always do her best to fit me in for a cleaning (I don't use her every week, instead a few times a year for a very deep and meticulous clean of my apartment). I've been disappointed with cleaning services in Vermont in the past because they lack the attention to detail and deep cleaning that I want for my apartment. Mistie and her team are great. Dependable, thorough. I wish I could have them come every week :) If you want a very professional and thorough cleaning company, I would give Supreme Clean a call.

I was quoted an amount for the job which fit with what I was told by a few people who have had the same work done by other companies. The guys who arrived were very nice and they did a great job. They had to run back to the shop to get additional items and I expressed concern that they were doing unplanned work. They assured me if things went outside the scope of the estimate they would let me know. I didn't receive the invoice until many weeks later--almost 6 I believe. It was for twice the amount of the estimate.

His wife, Caroline, is very friendly and easy to work with if you have questions in between appointments. Johnny came to do an estimate and see what kind of work I needed to be done. His estimate in both time and fees was accurate. He also provided free education on what he suggested I replace in terms of light fixtures for efficiency, so I was ready for his next visit with all the new fixtures. I had wanted a ceiling fan in my family room, as there's no a/c in there and it gets hot in summer. Due to the amount of wiring changes and holes in ceiling and wall to be made (I had three ceiling lights and wanted to replace the one in the center with the fan), Johnny suggested a wall fan, which I'd never heard of before he suggested it. I got a great one off Lowes that was super affordable for him to install. The ceiling fan I purchased for that room would now be used to replace my master bedroom fan that had no lights. I had put in a video doorbell myself, but the doorbell would not chime. He tested it and found that my doorbell chime needed replacing. So I got the electric chime to go with it for his next visit. The lighted ceiling fan my dad and friend put in was not done correctly; I didn't know they should not be on a dimmer, so he had me get a single pole light switch to switch them out. He also helped me choose the right smart dimmer switch for my family room and he put my kitchen lights on a dimmer because I'd felt that they were too bright without it. He put the lighted ceiling fan in my bedroom. He put the wall fan in my family room. He bought and put in a new light for my utility room as mine had shorted and a new light in one of the bathrooms, providing me with extremely affordable and attractive options. He educated me about the effectiveness of LED, so I bought all new ceiling fixtures that were exactly the same but used LEDs. I saw my electric bill go down $20 in 4 weeks! I'm extremely pleased with his service, trustworthiness and pricing. I will continue to use his services as needed and highly recommend him.
