In a word: Horrible. This company is everything that a badly run business is all about. The…read moreprevious ownership seemed ok, and I was a customer for the last ten years. Things are different now. Faulty installation of sensors has produced multiple false alarms. There have been two inept attempts at repair which changed nothing other than creating more damage to the door and a mess to clean up. This was followed by multiple aggressive attempts to charge me for service calls. Customer service is non-existent. The false alarms have rendered my alarm system unusable, and they refuse to refund the remaining 6 months of a one-year prepaid bill. Do yourself a big favor and stay away. I guess there's a reason that companies like SimpliSafe and Nest are growing.
