I only wanted my kitchen, very small bathroom, and living room done. I paid $300 and she anted to charge me more. The woman stayed in my bathroom for 4 hours and didn't even clean the tub and broke a special expensive lightbulb on the floor, leaving glass pieces. Her husband worked in the kitchen for most of the 4 hours but never cleaned the cabinet surfaces and floor had dirt in corners The living room just needed to be vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. The floor had a quick mop and wasn't left clean. Never dusted. I gave them a chance to come and fix things but they wanted to charge me more $$. I had enviously seen Patch's Green Clean Service come every week to my neighbors house with kids for the past year and finally decided to see the cost of having them clean our house. I thought our house was already pretty clean (no kids, no carpets, only 1 cat and not a lot of clutter) . . . but I was wrong! I have a history of back surgeries so scrubbing floors and bathrooms is very hard for me. When we came home from our trip, our house was practically glowing! The floors were whiter than when we originally moved in the year prior and every room was completely allergy free (they moved all our furniture to really get all the dust out from under everything) and sparkling. They even took apart our oven to truly clean in and now it works again (the gas jets had been clogged), just in time for our Thanksgiving cooking! The deep clean was a GREAT investment and Greg said yesterday that "we are never going back to not having our house professionally cleaned ever again" and I couldn't agree more. It wasn't even that expensive compared to the work they performed and time they spent. I highly recommend the deep clean service from Patch's Green Clean Service and they are very nice people also. Thank you so much! I'm finally not embarrassed to have our family visit for the holidays :)

Since we weren't going to be there very often we wanted a 'smart' monitoring system that would cover all the bases - thermostat, fire/smoke, security and floods. Within 20 minutes of our first phone call Jesse guided me to exactly what we needed, worked with me on pricing, and had a technician come out and install everything a few days later. Everything is working perfectly in the unit, and we have the ability to monitor and control all systems through the easy-to-use alarm.com app. Mostly, we have peace of mind. I highly recommend Vermont Security and very glad we found them.
