I had trouble reaching someone to confirm the cleaning date, but eventually was able to reach someone after calling several times and leaving phone messages. Samantha was great on the phone and apologized for their lack of response, and confirmed the cleaning date. Other than some cobwebs removed in the basement, I would not have known they had been there. For example, after the cleaning the linoleum floor in the kitchen was still filthy and window sills were dirty. I have tried calling several times to discuss the quality of service and sent an email to the general "info"'account. That was over two weeks ago and I am still waiting to be contacted.
