They were very professional in spite of several snafus that were partially our fault. They did a beautiful job on the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. Nate Horst, the owner, took my call and impressed me with his responsiveness. We discussed my needs and set up an appointment to meet at my house a few days later. I received an estimate within hours, and was satisfied with it so we scheduled a date within one week for the cleaning. Nate and his helper were prompt, thorough and professional. I was VERY pleased with the systems and products employed, and their price, which came in at almost exactly the estimate given, if not less. I would highly recommend this company due to Nate's communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, and the end-product. He did note that his typical customers are "commercial", but he is willing to do large-scale/in-depth residential cleanings. Mistie (the owner) is in demand, but will always do her best to fit me in for a cleaning (I don't use her every week, instead a few times a year for a very deep and meticulous clean of my apartment). I've been disappointed with cleaning services in Vermont in the past because they lack the attention to detail and deep cleaning that I want for my apartment. Mistie and her team are great. On the day of the cleaning, the great communication continued, with a heads up call that they were on their way to the house, and they were right on time. The cleaning took about 3 hours, and they did a really great and thorough job with no detail left unattended. The house was literally spotless when they were done -- and the best part was that the place was shiny clean without the gross, noxious smell of chemical cleaning products left behind. I would definitely recommend VTGC to friends or family, and plan to have them come back regularly. Top-notch customer service.
