Not only did they not get the work done, but they left the heat on 90 degrees for the entire time. Warren, the owner agreed to reimburse me, but didn't. They promised to get the work done in the beginning of the following week, left a living room full of wood and didn't return until the end of the week. I contacted and paid extra for low VOC products which they said they used. I returned home to a home that was uninhabitable due to noxious fumes due to turpentine use. I was even in my rental unit working on other projects while he was doing some of the work and he was giving me helpful tips outside the scope of his work. He also worked on the weekend to make sure he got the job done when I needed it - there were some unexpected surprises when I tore up the laminate tiles to expose the original hardwood underneath that took the job longer than originally expected.
