When I expressed what was most important I told them I wanted the floors, baseboards and dusting done. The baseboards were not touched and neither was the dusting. The kitchen counter, the coffee table and the kitchen table were not even wiped down. The bath tub was cleaned pretty well but not the window where all the shampoos sit and the bathroom sink had splash marks all over it so clearly was not wiped. If this was a regular clean I wouldn't complain, but for saying it was a DEEP clean AND for charging me 3 hours, I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I requested a deep cleaning to include washing of all walls, windows, light coverings, dusting of…read moreall ceilings. Clean and wash 2 refrigerators , wash off all appliances,clean bathrooms and laundry room from top to bottom. I was told 5 people would come to preform these tasks at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. on 9/9/23. Saturday the 9 th of Sept. came but no cleaners. I waited, 12 p.m. came still no cleaners. I called and asked where are my cleaners? I was told some girl did no want to travel so far .My number was in Markus other phone and they were short handed. But they would be here on the fallowing Thursday at 9:00 or 9:30. They the cleaners called approximantly 9:45,they said they were 15 mins away. 10:38 a.m. they call and told me where they were. I told them they were 10 minutes away. 11:20 ish they arrived but there were only 2 people not 4-5 as I was told. The cleaning consisted of Anna spraying a cloth attached to a Swifter with Awesome cleaner (comes from the dollar store) and rubbing it up and down on the wall. Randy her helper washed the trim at the top of the walls with a rag,what if anything was on it I do not know. Anna also vacuumed the carpet in the 3 rooms they worked in. Anna told me they would stay until 6 ,then 7 then they would finish that half of the house. 5:00 o'clock I am told the boss had an emergency and needed his truck back. They were all packed up. So to sum it up, No windows were washed at all, half the walls pkshe washed with a swifter are yellow due too not rinsing off the dollar store cleaner, crayon marks were left behind that my grandson had drew on the wall. Not all the walls were washed in the 3 rd room.No ceiling were warped down that I could tell, No light shades were taken down and washed and still have flys in them. Anna said her boss Markus wanted me to call him. I tried to call but our phone was not working, we have a land line and she had stuffed the WI-FI box in a cardboard box which messed up the wires. She let me use her cellphone. He, Markus starts telling me he needs the whole $1500. today and because they would be coming back he would need another $600. for them to do that. I stupidly said I would give them $600. for the work they'd done without inspecting it thoroughly. But I was not giving them the full amount or paying another $600. for them to come back. They showed up 2 hours late, smoked pot on my front lawn and used foul language repeatedly. Not to mention only 2 people came and could not finish a job of 7 rooms and 2 baths and a laundry room in 4 hours they worked. Between breaks and a half hour it took her to fix a broken vacuum cleaner they brought. They it was discovered at 10 p.m. after it took my husband 2 hours too get the phone working again, had put hangers on my sons bed and then put his 50 inch t.v. face down on top of them putting a hole in the front. All so Anna could vacuum that spot. But they never rolled his bed which is on casters out of the way to vacuum under it. I called Markus on Friday the 10 th in the afternoon to ask if they had insurance for damages and told him what they had done. He told me he would get back to me on Monday. I didn't hear from him so I called him on Tuesday evening and as soon as I told him who was calling he hung up on me. We are still having phone problems. You have been warned. Don't hire Plattsburgh cleaners unless you want a huge headache. They are far from Professional !!!
