Mark took a 6700 dollar deposit from me to do a stamped concrete patio. It was early September 2024. I told him it had to be done by Thanksgiving. I never saw him or heard from him again. He didn't return phone calls or emails. My lawyer sent him two letters and he ignored those. Do not hire this company. Mark is a conman. read more

In 2023 we hired Mark and his team to put in a wheelchair accessible walkway around the house that connected to a beautiful patio, also done by MSF Landscapes. It added so much value to our property when it came time to sell this past fall. Now in my new property I'm hiring Mark's team again. They are the most respectful, knowledgeable and professional workmen I have ever met. You won't be disappointed when hiring MSF Landscapes! read more

I'll start by saying this company had the best quote for my project. Mark, the owner, was upfront with the work involved and didn't come off as a person taking advantage. Compared to the other quotes, this one was right in the middle. I felt comfortable talking with Mark. He treated me like a person and not a moron. Once I decided to use MSF Landscapes, Mark explained that the work is probably not going to start for a couple months. In this aspect, I feel like the communication could've been stronger. A ballpark and a check up would've been helpful and kept my mind as ease. Once the work started, it was clear his team knew what they had to do and I did not stand in their way. I recently had an irrigation system put in and was concerned about the sprinkler heads, so I mentioned it to a couple of the workers. They were understanding and actually pointed out that their company installs irrigation systems as well, so they are planning to move the sprinkler heads as they were in the way of the work. The work took about two weeks to complete. I am very satisfied with the final product. My front steps look incredible and couldn't be happier with my decision to work with MSF Landscapes. read more

We have a raised patio running the length of the house. Last year we had the cement resurfaced and they did a terrible job that required a complete redo as it didn't make it through the winter season. MSF repaired and then resurfaced using ceramic tiles. They did a terrific job that will last. My house is 121 years old and it was important that the work match the flow of the house. They also cleaned up the cement powder on the siding left by the previous vendor from last year. I highly recommend their work. read more

We hired MSF Landscapes to redo our yard (irrigation, new lawn, leveling area for playground, etc.). At first, Mark was very responsive and punctual and we signed the contract and put down a deposit. At that point Mark stopped responding to our attempts to communicate via email, phone, or text. Initially, he told us the work would start in June and would take 2-3 weeks, but they were unable to start until the end of August, and only after we asked for our money back if they don't start. After tearing up our yard, the workers started only coming for one or two days a week or not showing up for weeks at a time. Mark continues to not respond to our communication. It is now January, our yard has been unusable for months, and we don't know when the work will be finished. MSF clearly takes on more work than they can deliver on and provides no transparency on the timelines or priorities. As soon as you pay Mark upfront, he disappears. read more

MSF landscapes did a wonderful job designing and installing our new front wall, stairway, and patio. The attention to detail was very impressive . They also landscaped the entire yard as this is a newly constructed home. There quite wasn't the lowest but quality of work was worth it, This is the third home they have worked on for us. It took 13 weeks and 5 days to get our less than 2 week project done. Mark is a great communicator when chasing a job, but ghosts you once he has the deposit. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get him to even get back to us. Our yard was ALL torn up for well over a month. We had to build a makeshift set of stairs to get an egress out our back door. Solve it 7 was interested in our story. Once that got back to Mark, gee, the crew was here every day. The crew did an Excellent job!!!!! Jay is a master for sure with the masonry, and Nick is also. Of the 6 crew members that have been to our house, 3 have quit. I can understand why, given their reports of being shorted pay, treated like dirt and emotional abuse. RUN very far away from this company, unless you Like to be ghosted and lied to over and over. Owner - 0. Crew and the job they do-10. The crew should not have todeal with the fallout from angry property owners because they are sent 2 days here, 2 days there because Mark has multiple jobs open. Please check the other reviews on Yelp, they are very accurate and it seems he does this to all customers. read more

MSF Lanscapes is successfully helping to re-establish a lawn with heavy shade. In the past other landscapers had none been successful. The owner of the company is not always immediately responsive via phone but is able to be available in the next few days. The pricing was on the higher end but we were looking for someone to do it correctly. The owner was attentive and listened to the feedback and was able to adjust as applicable. I would recommend MSF Landscapes if you want quality service and do not want to wait months for a job to be completed. read more

Every year my lawn was getting decimated by heat, grubs, etc. I was wasting time and money as the treatments I was putting on my lawn were not getting properly watered in. The amount of effort it took every year to get my lawn back was getting to be too much. So this year, I just had an irrigation system installed in my 1 acre yard by Mike Lynch Enterprises and I couldn't have been happier with the job that was done at my home. Mike and his team gave me a very competitive price, everything was documented in the quote. They even provided spec sheets for all of their top of the line products (pipe, fittings, heads, etc.). They arrived the day of the install bright and early and were literally in and out by a little after lunch time. What a GREAT group of guys !!! Mike clearly explained the process and the installation from start to finish leaving no stone unturned. There was hardly any clean up required at all when they left, you barely knew they were here. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an irrigation system to get in touch with Mike Lynch Enterprises, he's a good local guy, honest and straight forward and his team knows exactly what they're doing. We had that happen with another company. After the summer hit full swing we decided to install irrigation for a new lawn. Having had such a good experience with everything else we added MLE into the quotes we were getting for irrigation. Their quote was not the most expensive by far and not the least expensive either, but it seemed like we would have better materials and more attention to detail with MLE. They came when they said they were going to, accommodated my schedule, I could not be there on the initial date. Coordinating three separate contractors to get the whole landscape done was a challenge, but I enjoyed working with Mike and Barbara to get our project done perfectly.

WE had a ROLLER Coaster experience, extremely stressful and I can NOT advise anyone using this company. Our initial meeting with Owner, Mark was fantastic, and his quote for our work was very fair. It was all downhill from there ! I was given a range for a start date, it is not uncommon for jobs to be delayed, but during this entire process leading up to our job, I was completely Ghosted by Mark, I thought I was scammed ! No response to emails, calls or texts for weeks !! Finally, our job starts... Day 1, Crew showed up at 930 and left at 11am, They were supposed to prep an area for our 20x48 patio ... Crew were told it was 10x30 Day 2, They fixed this area and were supposed to dig out an "S" shaped walkway leading to our deck, and around our Planter area. They did not dig out anything near our planter and did a "C" walkway leading right into a post not even close to the design. From there - we hardly saw the guys. Again, ghosted with Contact from Mark. In the first of our job starting - they clocked in 12.5 hours ! I felt bad for the workman as they had a piece of paper with chicken scratch drawing with no dimensions and these poor guys had NO IDEA what the contracted job was, the errors were not their fault, They were getting NO communication from Mark. Week 3, things turned around for us. Jay, Lead foreman and in charge of our stonework showed up. The SHINING STAR OF OUR PROJECT ! We explained what the job was contracted for, and he was fantastic. We had some bumps along the way, but the stonework is BEAUTIFUL and working with Jay gave me peace of mind. Jay is the ONLY reason I can give 2 stars, if it were based on Owner Mark - I would have given ZERO stars !!! Love the stonework, But I was also having a mulch border around our property, this you would think for a professional landscaper would be an easy task .... well, it was "Rough Cut " with the tractor and a skimpy layer of mulch put down. The 24" in border ranged fro 22" to 32" inches, not only not a straight line ... the edging itself was a disaster. I had to ask Mark if he knew what an "edging tool" was. There attempt to fix was also a disaster and by that time I completely gave up ! We had BRIGHT Sunny days ..... and no crew show up. One day we had a rainy day and I was not expecting a crew - well they showed up and with the wet ground, completely tore up my lawn with their trucks. Mark told me " dont worry, we clean that all up with a layer of dirt and reseed" I have included pictures of the stonework that was great, The mulch Border - you decide if this is a landscaper you want to hire, AND the "fixed" lawn. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY ! read more

I've used Lawn Care Plus every couple of years for almost 10 years when there's a larger project to do than I can tackle myself. They've brought in yards of loam and leveled / reseeded parts of our yard, always with great results. They've aerated our yard every 1-2 years, despite it being a small standalone job some years. They've removed a diseased tree. They helped remove an old paver patio, neatly stacked the old pavers, and prepared the soil for new grass. Always with great responsiveness, professionalism, and value for the price. As I told Tim this week, they've got a very satisfied customer!

But they did an excellent job in our inherited yard that looked like it hadn't been touched in years, for a reasonable price- got rid of all the chaotic overgrowth, trimmed down the trees and bushes to a manageable length, made the grounds look probably as nicest as they ever had. The before and after were like night and day, only took the better part of a day to complete, and we're now actually proud of this yard and look forward to using it They were easy to use, easy to pay, easy to work with- we have no reservations about hiring them again when springtime rolls around, and can see using their services regularly for years to come.
