No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. Orli missed my call but called back within half an hour. He was easy to work with, he showed up early for our appointment, he wore a mask, and he had a written quote to me within 48 hours. As far as pricing, he was very competitive vs the company we went with, priced about the same on some items and as much as 20% cheaper on others. I would have no hesitancy using him in the future. They have logical and flexible policies for pricing, and for letting the customer decide how much snow might be "too little" for them to come out.
