Zack was on time and we accepted his very fair price. The day came to remove the tree and we added a small job of topping off a tree that was interfering with our power lines. Even though this was not in the original quote Zack gave, he removed the high branches and only charged a nominal fee for the added work. We are very happy with what he did and the yard was clear of debris. Next day he came by to grind the stumps. We will be calling Zack in the future for any other work we need done. I highly recommend his company.

Then, when they came to do post emergent, their mix was too weak and didn't work. Owner said it was bad timing in the cycle of the weed and just left it at that. When i tried to get them back here to actually kill the weeds, they refused to come back because they said they underpriced my yard and that they would lose money coming back and doing another application. I had such a horrible experience iwth them i came back 3 years later to write this review.

Getting the to start the work was a chore and getting them to finish was even worse. I did the legwork for the purchase of the stones and the design work with the stone yard and I had to layout which stones went there for the crew. A few of the stones were chipped and some were stained, the crew left them as they were, I had to buy the stain cleaner and do it myself. The sand was not even in all areas and they filled an asphalt hole the made with sand instead of asphalt as we had agreed. I asked for edging around the walkway at the end of the project because I thought it looked nice, it looked like they used scrap pieces they had around the shop. I had complained about the crew being on the phone and taking long lunches and got a sympathetic ear from the owner but was charged with extra labor time. There is more but I guess this paints the picture,
