I'm sorry? I was barely over the 1 inch but I'm saying 1.25 to be generous. If my tattoo is .5 inches on one side and a tiny bit over 1 inch on the other, you are going to make me pay more? I told her if you're looking at total space, I'm still less than 1 square inch but because the length on a side is the tiniest bit over 1 inch you are going to be stingy? NO THANKS. As a birthday treat, I came for a one hour massage and thirty minute body wrap. It's an Asian salon, and I only point that out because A) the style is a bit different from Swedish or deep tissue B) Total nudity is not a problem for them. This is a cultural thing and bodies are not sexualized or shamed. If that is weird for you, get over it or try another spa. The massage therapist was warm and friendly. She didn't take any time to consult my needs beforehand, but she checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was right. I purchased a groupon for 3 tattoo removal treatments. My first 2 treatments were seamless to schedule and have the service provided. For some reason, my 3rd and last treatment had been impossible to schedule! I have been calling for the past 2 months and am told different availability for scheduling such as only weekdays, then only certain weekdays, etc (which I found odd since one of my treatments was over the weekend). I continually have to review my schedule and contact them back with days they said were available come to find out that the new person I am speaking to will tell me they are not available. I reached out to Groupon to ask that they refund me the 1 treatment pro-rated upon my purchase since there seems to be a great deal of confusion when attempting to schedule. They asked me to have the merchant email me when I try to schedule to show my attempts in writing. I had asked for an email for todays call to show my attempts with 4 different dates provided ranging in weekday and notice period going out to January 31st. I was told that they are unable to provide this simple request. So, I let them know I would need to submit a review to provide the account in writing as requested by Groupon. It's unfortunate that this service nose dived like this. I have had a handful of tattoo removal sessions by other places and never had this type of issue. I went for tattoo removal off Groupon and they tried to get me to cancel it and pay them directly instead. When I declined they said I would need way more anyway. I know this probably won't work so I am seeking litigation if I cannot get my money back by the end of the week. They refused to give me a full refund even though I had not used their service once. Here's the story, I purchased a treatment package from them for $5800 but later learned I had to move outside CA and would no longer have access their service. She explained that the other half needed to be approved by upper management and it would probably take weeks. I've never heard of this type of nonsense before. Had a threadlift yesterday. Procedure is quite intense. Rachel is absolutely wonderful. She stayed by me before and during the entire procedure. She is calming, kind and knowledgeable. NP Petra was great. She made sure I was totally numb and without pain. Would highly recommend Update review. As I stated prior Rachel and Petra are nice people. At this point I would NOT recommend MS Slim. Facial was nice but anything above that BE AWARE. The sales people suck you in with false promises. I was told in order to lift my eyelids I should get a thread lift that would lift my forehead and that it was done by a Dr Every step of the way I was told each time that procedure was done by a Dr. The procedure was performed by a Nurse Practitioner who told me they do not do foreheads. Also they charge your credit card immediately and WILL NOT refund any unwanted procedures even if they were offered fraudulently. I have $1000. Left on their books they will not refund and I will NOT get anything further done. There is zero difference for the better in thread lift. Also, they made an appt for me for a follow up today. I went there waited and the nurse did not show. After 15 min girl said. Let me take you back to numb your face. I said why. She said for filler. I said I didn't make an appt for a filler. Don't get botox here!!! The nurse who administered it, is a rookie! I told her that I did not want droopy eyelids or Spock eyebrows. I also know more than 20 units can be too much for me. So she super froze the middle of my forehead and went right onto my brows, so I had an eyelid drooping from it and I couldn't drive. Two devils horn like bumps were created over my eyebrows, that I have never had before, because of freezing the center and not the other muscles above the brows properly, as she should've just shot 1" above the brows to avoid dropping and freeze other parts of forehead to avoid making the muscles overworking and creating the bump. (I just learn it from the person who administered it afterwards at a different facility properly.) So they said to go back in 4 weeks and they'd fix it. Of course the nurse said she told me 20 units would not be enough and I promised not to complain if I was dissatisfied with the result. I told her I didn't want to be fully frozen, so I'd be fine with that, and I was not dissatisfied of not being fully frozen, but of a bad administration and allocation of the product. I had botox for over 2 years and never more that 20 units. When it is administered properly it doesn't droop my eyelids, and ditn create a bump above the brows. She then refused to touch the area again, of course saying that I might complain. ‍ I went there to get it fixed not to complain, I would've been satisfied if she had, but it seemed like she had no idea how to fix it, ans she wouldn't have wanted to add some more units on certain areas to counter balance, as that would've been a loss $ for her so she refused to. The first experience was OK. The lady who gave my Micro needling facial seemed likeknow what she's doing. But the whole procedure took me 2 hours. They told me because that was my first time all the paperwork's. The second time they switched my facial lady without asking me. And still took long time to finished . I used to go to Rowland location. i am so happy they have new location in irvine which is more close to my home. The spa is relaxing and comfortable, and every time I walk in the door, the receptionists know exactly who I am and what I'm there for, and I've never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. They are knowledgeable and very friendly, and I feel comfortable asking questions and talking through concerns. The place is really great! From the front desk staff to the technician & nurse, the customer service is excellent. Front desk girl always very friendly, offer some tea while I wait a few minutes for my technician! I signed up annual membership for my face and body.  I have already seen amazing results and i am soo happy I decided to do it.  Highly recommended! I would recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

I started with MS Slim in their original Rowland Height location at that time I was still living in LA and I was desperate to lose some weight for my wedding. After 7 months of torturing, seeing weight loss doctor, trying vitamin B shot, hiring personal trainer, plus spending lots of money at MS Slim. I simply not losing weight, and even at that time MS slim helped a bit but be truthful I lost about 6lbs (153lbs to 147lbs). Result is really not great given the money spent. However, I cannot really blame MS Slim for this. The doctor run a blood test on me, I have extremely off-balance testosterone vs. Estrogen level plus I have hypothyroid problem. After the wedding, I moved back to San Diego. 1 year gone by. Before I know it my cousin's wedding is coming up on August 24, and it was June already. I certainly does not want to do the walk of shame. My weight as of June 4th was 161lbs. There are other weight loss center in San Diego, but they are not very affordable compare to MS Slim. For an old technology like zerona, San Diego charge you $450 for it. MS Slim has way more advance equipment for way better pricing. I end up deciding even the gas and mileage cost would still be worth the endeavor. I end up doing Tri-action session once a week (Irvine is simply too far from San Diego) and every 3 weeks I add an additional session of 3 parts venus freeze. During this entire time, I begin the Eat to Live (all vegan, low salt, low oil diet) for 6 straight weeks and resume back to mostly vegan plus 20% lean meat protein diet (i.e. fish/white meat). I did not do any exercise during all this time, plus I occasionally do some cheat meal (i.e. eating fried food at San Diego fair, and party whole week during Comic-Con). But I am very happy to say that unlike my previous experience, I lost 11.5lbs in 2 months (06/07 weighing 161lbs to 08/17 weighing 149.5lbs). There are no non-surgical weight lost method that can replace diet and exercise, but for those who needs a little boost, MS Slim can help. read more
