Upon finding Jennifer's Bridals Instagram page, I knew this place was going to be the best. I sent them a message asking about several different dresses I wanted to try on - and they were ALL at the shop I quickly made an appointment at this shop, which was a short hour and 15 minute drive from Lancaster. At my appointment (this was pre-COVID), I felt like a princess the entire time. I truly felt like every employee there catered to my specific wants and needs, and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Everyone was so happy and willing to help. I also loved that they had a seamstress in-store that I was able to use for my alterations. It definitely helped make me feel more comfortable about the quality of the alterations i was receiving, and my dress could not have turned out more perfectly. They made me feel absolutely beautiful and were willing to work with me until they knew that I did! They adjusted the dress to fit my body like a glove. I am now currently having a bridesmaid dress altered for a friends wedding in a few weeks. Their timing is amazing and communicate with me through the entire process thus far! She was so sweet and understanding and you can tell she knows draping and fit well. She took my all-lace wedding dress down nearly 3 sizes and really wanted to make sure I was happy. I'm not usually a picky person, but when I went into what I thought would be my last fitting, I had lost more weight and the alterations she had done were still too big--I swear I was eating throughout this whole process, but planning for a West Coast wedding from the East Coast was getting stressful!
