It's a great place for a date night (at the bar) or for settling in with friends and a drink (in the back). My one complaint is the order the dishes came out. The warm dishes arrived first and the cold ones followed, including a cold appetizer, and for me that threw off the flow of the meal. A bit more coordination between the sushi counter and the kitchen would fix it, but perhaps they'd object to the premise that cold precedes warm? I'd still happily go back. But again it's $5 and I'm going to presume that money goes towards maintenance of the mechanical bull ride anyway. Also depending on what day and time you go be prepared to be packed like sardines. There's three rooms one of which is a dedicated dance floor. And the room farthest from the entrance, about 85% of the room is taken up by the mechanical bull. The first time I went there was no room in the mechanical bull room because they blocked off 5% of it for some group party reservation. We went up to the rooftop which was a bit more spacious but naturally if it's cold outside or raining you're obviously not going up there. Overall, BOE has potential but a limited food menu, and even more limited cocktail menu, and small indoor space makes this an easy bar to skip when there's a line out the door.
