Visiting to Miami from Beverly Hills. Stop by at this place for a quick and simple bite to eat. I was the only person there and a few employees. Sometimes I like to avoid busy lunch hrs so I can get better food and service. Not in this place. I order a goat cheese/prosciutto sandwich(hot sandwich ). It came out so soggy that I had to use a spoon to eat . I sent it back . Server guy was very nice and offered me a free drink on a house. Same as a girl at a bar stand, she was nice too. I told them thanks but I don't want anything on a house or any discount. They brought the sandwich nicely done and crispy but forgot to put a prosciutto. C'mon now...I'm the only person at this cafe and it doesn't take a major culinary skills to make a simple sandwich. They offered to make a 3rd sandwich but I told them just put the prosciutto on a grill, heat it up and I'll do the rest. Well that didn't go smooth either. Prosciutto was cold. When you are using a cheep quality prosciutto that looks and taste more ham than a prosciutto I'll advise you to heat it up and grill it much is you can to trick food dummies. I've been following Ms. Cheezious since the whole food truck craze invaded the MIA. And she's been a loyal biach through and through. The restaurant is no different. I am a creature of habit. Once I find something I really like at a restaurant, I barely ever switch it up. So when dining here I went for the usual, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese. Heaven in your mouth. I love the bite of the goat cheese and the saltiness of the proscuitto, topped off with the crunch of the toasty marble- rye bread. Its just absolute perfection. The setup is super cute. We dined in one of the picnic tables outside and enjoyed our free Fat Tire (it was national beer day). I loved the patio area. It was super chill and can definitely picture this area as a great party venue. I'm so happy for the Mc Cheezious crew. I wish them much success. As a food truck, this place is not too bad. It's greasy and over-priced, but it could be exactly what you are looking for within a long night out. However, as a standalone joint, it's disappointing. The fries are decent, but the the sandwiches can barely pass something you would find at the Waffle House. The thin, burnt chicken and soggy waffle sandwich was sad. And the two croquette sandwich left me wondering if two more croquettes fell out as the server brought us the food. Would not go back. read more

i ordered a grilled cheese with prosciutto... when I got my grilled cheese and i looked inside I knew it was not prosciutto, it was more like a thick Tavern ham, I asked the girl if that was prosciutto and she said it was. One of my favorite spots in Miami for a sandwich. I first tried Ms.Cheezious when they had first opened up shop with the food truck years ago. I quickly became a goat cheese and prosciutto sandwich fiend and would seek out the truck at events. Being in near proximity to the Restaurant is one of the added benefits of moving into my new neighborhood in Miami Shores. The atmosphere is chill, dive type, but clean. There are televisions about to entertain you after you order your food at the counter and wait to be served. I I've practically tried all the sandwiches and in addition to the goat cheese and prosciutto, my other favorites include the brisket and chicken & waffles. Sometimes I phone in my order (bc I'm a millennial) and you have to prepay it, which I don't like but the sandwiches have always been ready and it's a quick pick up process . At the restaurant the staff is friendly but sometimes the sandwiches take a while (or maybe I'm way hungry when I go and every minute feels like an hour). The Coral Gables location is better at least for me. The food didnt taste as good but it was okay. I ordered a Mack n melt and the pasta was over cooked. I took my food to go and they didnt have the to go containers for the sauces there ready for you. I had to wait a bit to ask for some because the employee was busy already and i just didnt want to be a pain. But it would have made a lot easier for the sauce containers to be next to the sauces, like how they have it in the Gables location. read more

Besides the food being Auh-mazing! My husband had ordered the Patty Melt with no bacon- but got bacon on it. When he went back in (we took it to go) the owner made the kitchen make him a new one without waiting AND reimbursed us our money. Totally unnecessary- but very cool! Customer service is top notch! This place opened up near my home and I'm ashamed at how long I waited to come here. The interior is great and the beer selection is nothing to scoff at. We went in about 8:30 on a Sunday after a long day of putting together ikea furniture and we were looking for carbs. They delivered. My love got the Mac and cheese grilled sandwich and I got the turkey melt when they were out of the short rib one I originally wanted but the turkey was my runner up so that was fine. We ordered Doc Brown sodas over beer this time AND for dessert, a grilled s'more sandwich (the best ever). The only reason I'm holding back a star is because it wasn't busy and we waited about 20 minutes for our take out order. Towards the end a woman behind the counter noticed and asked for the name on the order. Another 5 minutes went by before she came back with our food. She did give us a tip for a future delivery option in the neighborhood but there was no apology for the wait which leads me to believe this might be a normal time wait?? This won't stop me from coming back but I won't let myself get as hungry before I do. read more

The food here is great. I just came in at 10:45 and there were no waiters so I asked a kitchen worker "are you guys closed?" and a man came out and said yeah we are. So I asked him what time they closed on Fridays and he said "now". I asked the question again... "What time do you close on Friday?" He said "we close now". So I figured he was not understanding my question when I broke it down for him I said "I don't think your understanding me.. What time do you close on Fridays so I know for future reference." And he said "we close now." When I asked him for a manager he said "I am the manager." Which was probably a lie. That was totally unacceptable i would have had no problem leaving and he was being very unprofessional and rude to me for no reason. He kept saying "now" because they actually close at 11. Such a bad experience the real manager or owner needs to know that this happened. That guy needs to be fired or penalized because I had not one ounce of attitude and he treated me very poorly. Finally my favorite food truck has it's own restaurant! If you never been to the Ms Cheezious food truck, they pretty much sell the most amazing grilled cheese sandwiches, better than mom used to make them. I wish I could have tried every single one. They have additional items on the menu that didn't sell on the truck like the chicken and waffle melt, croqueta monsieur, or mackin melt. There are not enough stars for this place. Food... Ahhhmazing. Ambiance... Perfectly chic retro type of vibe. Staff... Friendly and helpful. Try the brisket sandwich and the pulled pork. I warn you, u will be super full and want to go home and nap after it. It was delicious.. All I can say. Now for dessert... Pause for a moment of heavenly silence... Try the Nutella/marshmallow sandwich. I would personally just go in for this one. The place is hidden which is kind of a shame. I only heard of it through a friend. So happy we went. Ate there tonight for the first time and sad to say it was terrible. First of all no bill you need to order at the counter and pay and if you want another Coke or glass of wine like my wife wanted you have to pay immediately (horrible concept) plus we ordered four sandwiches and they were all cold you would figure grilled cheese sandwiches would come hot with melted cheese.
