The food: you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The shrimp tacos and the sliders hit the spot for me lately but I won't hesitate to get any thing on this menu! You can tell by the quality, the presentation and the overall experience that this family is putting their heart and soul into providing great food. The experience: if you go to the truck or visit them in The Mint, you'll experience awesome passionate and great people that truly love their work and the community they serve. I'm always greeted with a warm smile, a firm handshake and a great overall experience. I personally love the truck experience and being out in the community but The Mint is also a great addition to be able to go in, sit, relax, watch the game and have a beer too. It's the first time I've seen the food truck there. After making a quick stop, I looked over the menu, and spoke with owner Luis, he started the food truck two to three weeks ago, and comes every Friday, sometimes on Saturday. The business card also has a location on Sahara. Menu offers a nice selection of fried masa quesadillas with choice of protein like chicken tinga, pork, carne asada, and birria, they have hot dogs, quesabirrias, tortas, burritos, fries, shrimp and fish tacos. I ordered West Coast Benny's Burrito ($15.99) and requested chimichanga, it's a big portion and excellent! Burrito is deep-fried golden crispy, inside has shrimp with house sauce, white rice, mozzarella and cotija cheese, cabbage, pico de gallo, and house dressing, super flavorful, very filling, and delicious! Service from Luis is attentive, welcoming, helpful, and friendly! He is so nice to go over the menu with helpful descriptions, and even made great recommendations. I will definitely come again!
