Never tell them you are not in a rush because they will take FULL ADVANTAGE of it and will just completely forget about you!! A SHAME! I was a long term customer but they take 1 freaking week to reach out to 1 person on the phone like it was a super complicated thing to do!!! Don't waste your time, not worth it. Bad work ethic, ridiculous delays. Adam also never apologized for the inconvenience he caused with just not knowing if the delay would take 3 other weeks or 6 months! Instead of pushing and managing his employees he ask the customers to do their job!!! Also after being rude and insolent with such attitude with me please see in the screenshots below how patient I have been but after 1 month yes client loose patience therefore your business looses its clientele. I had a bunch of designer items that I had sent off for dry cleaning, I get the invoice via text that looked high, so I opened the invoice and I was getting charged sometimes 2-3x the price for the same type of clothing items, just because it was a different label that the price went up. Burberry Polo - $14; Thom Brown Polo - $14; Moncler Polo - $35 Jacquemus Tee - $14; Moncler Tee - $45 First off the all of the non-Moncler items are more expensive and if not the same, higher quality than the Moncler items but for some reason without any real explanation except that they get segregated and are considered "special" they are a multiple of the cost to get cleaned. No stains, no issues other than their internal hierarchy of Moncler is king. And I guess that means that other tags are not handled with care? They did remove special handling cost "this one time only" but definitely get pricing before you commit here as you may end up with some interesting billing methods. Maybe they should focus on re-balancing the costs of dry cleaning rather than taking pictures of the clothes for your online portfolio.

I had a wedding to attend in Mexico and brought my dress in to have it altered. There was a long piece of fabric hanging down the front/middle of the dress that needed to be hemmed, along with the rest of the dress. I paid upfront, and never had an issue with paying their prices because I've been a repeat customer. Unfortunately, when I was in Mexico getting ready for the wedding, I was steaming my dress and a needle that had been left inside the unhemmed piece of fabric went deep into my finger. The needles had apparently been left there to mark how much fabric needed to be removed--approximately six inches. Not only was the needle still in the dress, but that entire piece of fabric had never been hemmed. Because the alteration wasn't completed, I was literally tripping over the fabric throughout the wedding. I ultimately had to throw the fabric over my shoulder and wear the dress that way for the rest of the night, which completely changed the look of the dress I had paid to have altered. I immediately called the shop and explained what happened. Francesca asked me to send pictures and said she would call me back. I sent the pictures and followed up because I was literally on my way to the wedding and wanted to speak with someone before I had to leave. I never received a response. What happened afterward was honestly more upsetting than the alteration itself. I received a voicemail accusing me of basically trying to avoid paying for their work and saying that if I didn't want to pay, I should just say so. This made absolutely no sense because I had already paid upfront. I was also insulted and told that, as a Latina, I was making myself look bad. There were multiple personal insults in the voicemail. I eventually received another voicemail saying I could come get my money back and that, after looking at the pictures, she realized she had confused me with someone else. She explained that she had been very angry that day and had me confused with another customer. I understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot understand or excuse is treating a customer this way, especially a repeat customer who had already paid and was simply trying to address a legitimate problem. Whether she confused me with someone else or not, those things were said directly to me, and I should never have been spoken to that way. I did receive my refund, and at that point I simply wanted to leave the situation behind. I didn't want to sit there listening to excuses--I wanted my money back and to move on. When I went in to get my refund, I was told that she was giving me my money back 'as a favor to me.' I don't consider refunding a customer for work that was not completed--and that resulted in an injury--to be a favor. I consider it the appropriate thing to do. For me, this wasn't just about a missed alteration. I was injured by a needle that was left in my dress, had to deal with an unfinished alteration at a wedding in another country, and then was personally insulted when I tried to bring the issue to their attention. I'm leaving this review because I think customers should know that mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles those mistakes matters just as much. After being a loyal customer and bringing family members here, this experience completely changed my opinion of the business.
