Never tell them you are not in a rush because they will take FULL ADVANTAGE of it and will just completely forget about you!! A SHAME! I was a long term customer but they take 1 freaking week to reach out to 1 person on the phone like it was a super complicated thing to do!!! Don't waste your time, not worth it. Bad work ethic, ridiculous delays. Adam also never apologized for the inconvenience he caused with just not knowing if the delay would take 3 other weeks or 6 months! Instead of pushing and managing his employees he ask the customers to do their job!!! Also after being rude and insolent with such attitude with me please see in the screenshots below how patient I have been but after 1 month yes client loose patience therefore your business looses its clientele. NOT WORTH IT save your time money and energy and go ELSEWHERE!
