I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've never been here before and I needed to get a few things cleaned in 24 hours. Know this is my first time, the owner forced me to dry clean shirts and never informs me of price. I just picked up 5 shirts and a sport coat...$90.... I didn't believe her!!!! Their shop is located conveniently off Las Virgenes in Calabasas and is clean and welcoming. Shana did a great job and even when I called to ask her if we can take out the crotch area of the pants that were too tight, she was amazing and took them back and got them to me promptly. If you care about quality, this is the place to go. After having a few bad experiences with other Dry Cleaners, I did some research, and realized they're not all equal. One cleaner used dirty solvent, so my clothes had a bad order. The other used way too much starch and my shirts were stiffer than a piece of wood. This is the only dry cleaner I enjoy using. They are always friendly to me and while I might pay a little more (less than a few dollars) than I would in other places, it is the little things they do as a customer courtesy such as fixing the hems on my clothes that are wearing out or in pants that are splitting. Shana has even gotten out stains from clothing that I thought I would definitely have to replace. The fact that she has so many customers and every time I go in she says, "Hello Matt! How is your day going?" She keys up my phone number by memory and to be honest I only stop in once every 6 - 8 weeks with either my wife's dry cleaning or a few things for me.
