I needed something hemmed, called them to see if they could do it in a couple of hours, and they told me to bring it in so they could see. I didn't know it at the time, but I had arrived just one hour before closing. In less than an hour, they had done a beautiful job hemming my dress. They also did it at a great price. I'm so glad I found this place! read more

I took a pair of shorts in to be repaired and they promised a 2 day turn around when other cleaners were much longer. They text you to communicate when your item is ready for pickup. My day got away from me and when I remembered I hadn't picked my shorts up they were closed!! I texted to see if maybe they were still working inside despite being closed. Hye Kim who I believe is the owner the owner, texted me back and said yes they were closed. Hye then said I have personal plans now but can deliver to your house later or tomorrow before you go on your birthday getaway if you give me your address!!! What...who does that??!! Well Hye does! Galaxy Cleaners - My item delivered - Laundry Services Near Me - Agoura Hills, California

I'm visiting from out of town and needed to get a suit dry cleaned at the last minute. The service here was friendly and the pricing for same day dry cleaning was very reasonable. read more

I bring in white dress shirts. They wash, starch, and iron. The shirts are ready before their 'promised by'. Consistent performance over two years. And NEVER a broken (and unrepaired) button. That, alone, is a reason to come here. Other than the white shirts I have little need for dry cleaners so I would only assume that they take care of everything with equal attention (but I don't have that experience to comment.) read more

Way over priced. Owner lost his mind when i didn't pick up my order promptly and kept calling leaving rude messages. My bill was 53 dollars for 4 items. Either the times are changing and prices are skyrocketing, or they are overpriced. I still take mine to odgens in marina del rey now bc I know it's not going to cost an arm and a leg and they're way more cool. read more

They lose things. Been over a month and I am still waiting for one white shirt. Keep getting the run around. Call back, come in tomorrow, the manager is not here, etc., etc. read more

Best cleaners ever!! Please let's all support Jason at this challenging time when our favorites might be suffering for business. read more

Today is the day, I found MY cleaners. I have been in search for a "great" dry cleaner, not just a good one a great one. Why? Because my clothes need some good TLC. I brought in probably some of the most complex dresses, skirts, pants, and jackets to galaxy last Wednesday night and they were ready by Friday (of course I didn't pick them up until today...). They were super nice and even walked my 10 items to my car. The cost was only $66 flat. NOT BAD at all!! When I got home and took my items out of their plastic they looked BRAND new...they even used this little plastic clips to clips straps/ties/ribbon etc... 2 of my Bebe items had pleats that fell out and they re-did them perfectly. I was stoked!! Another perk is that, it's right next to Pas De Deux ( dance store), CDT (dance studio), and my gym!! When you drop your clothes off they have a detailed print out of what exactly you dropped of which is great for someone like me that won't remember. Thanks Galaxy, you have my business!! read more

quoted me a different price on the phone and i did hand wash and all of my clothes are now faded.

Best place around! Don't waste your time trying anywhere else. We have been with Galaxy for over 4 years and they have been nothing short of spectacular! We attempted all the other places around but were dissatisfied due to variety of reasons. These guys are professional, prompt, and just overall wonderful! We would give them 10 starts if we could. read more

How simple can this be. Gee, a cleaner that actually does their job right and at a good price. Funny how difficult it can be to find the right dry cleaners... So glad I found Galaxy. Thanks, Galaxy, for being the first cleaners in the area to actually give me my clothes back clean and fix my repairs without butchering my clothes. read more

I'm surprised I haven't written a review on my favorite cleaners yet. I have been a loyal customer of this place for YEARS now and I still have no complaints about this place. The customer service is superb (yes, they know me by my name) and my clothes come home with me like they are bought from the store every time! I love how they are very detailed and organized with everything. I've gone to other nearby places but always end up coming back here because of the great job they do. I'd rather pay a little more once and have it right than going to multiple places and having to end up paying a whole lot more. If you're looking for a go-to cleaners in the area, this is the one. read more

I'm very picky with my clothes when it comes to taking them to the dry cleaners. Thankfully, my friend recommended me to Galaxy Cleaners, and I'm very satisfied with the work done here! I've taken my dress shirts and down jacket here so far and there's no complaints. There's really friendly service, and my clothes were ready when promised. Now that I'm going out to the Valley more for work, I'm glad I found my go-to cleaners that I can swing by on the way back home. Check it out! read more

Galaxy Cleaners is everything a small business should be! Jason, the owner, knows me by sight (and name) and the moment I walk in the door, has my account up and I just put my order on the counter, wave and leave! The work they do is perfect, including very nice alterations and repairs. If I need something especially quickly, they always get it done. 5-minute parking is available directly in front. All the employees I have met have also been friendly and efficient. I have gone here for years. What a great place - who would have thought going to the cleaners could be a pleasure! read more

Galaxy Cleaners is absolutely amazing. They are so great that I drive all the way from Ventura. I have tried a number of dry cleaners in my area only to be disappointed. The owner of Galaxy Cleaners not only has great communication skills but remembers your the items that you dropped off. Maybe it was a first time gesture but even put the clothes in my car for me! Most business owners don't listen to concerns let alone go out of their way. Everything from the amount of starch in my husband's laundered shirts to my pleats being just perfect on my trousers. They smelled amazing and looked like new. Thank you for being a great local business :) read more

You don't know how good you've got it until it's gone... We just moved out of California and what am I missing most? A good hair cut and a great dry cleaner!! Galaxy is not easily replaced! As one reviewer says below, how easy can it possibly be? Apparently, very very hard. Good customer service? Ha! These days that's nearly impossible. Jason knows you by name, remembers where you and your family took your last vacation, usually has your dry cleaning pulled out for you before you walk in from your car and... the best part... carries it to your car for you (without expecting a tip)!!! The prices? Think 1980, like, for sure! Jason - don't go getting any ideas about changing this... you make more money by being exactly the way you are... because we drive from everywhere for you. I drove from Westlake Village because he is THAT good. Okay, the prices are low and there's great customer service, so the quality must suck, right? WRONG! The quality beats the most expensive cleaners in Westlake,,, by FAR!!! I was sooo disappointed by the chic, "must go to" cleaners in Westlake. My clothes with Galaxy looked better than they did brand new, and even over the years showed no sign of wear. Damn it... I really needed an excuse to buy some new clothes!! Maybe you could have trashed a shirt for me every once in a while, Jason!! Seriously, there was one button, once. And as someone below reports, Jason didn't rush to offer to buy the shirt for me. I wasn't that happy about it, considering he is masterful with his customer service in every other area. Then I thought about it for a second. How many thousands of dollars had he saved me through the years??? Yup- I'm cool with a $30 shirt, out of the hundreds of garments that were perfect. And so begins my search for the perfect dry cleaners in Minnesota... read more

This place is the best dry cleaner in agoara by far. I've frequented this establishment for years and no other cleaner compares in terms of the service given, the friendliness of the workers, and their ability to take out even the most daunting of stains. read more

Reasonable prices and great customer service. I bring all my dry cleaning here! I would recommend it to anyone!

BEWARE THIS DRY CLEANERS!! They have been successful in having NUMEROUS bad reviews removed. Don't be fooled! They even write their own "glowing" reviews. After bringing in our clothes for many years, only due to location convenience, they LOST my black designer dress-- only to try to give me back someone else's black dress!! Jason, who knows us, denied this and refused to acknowledge his sneaky behavior and compensate for losses. I am one of MANY customers who has experienced this. Doubt my review will stay posted for long!! Looks like Jason will be back in small claims court AGAIN!!!!!! read more

DO NOT EVER BRING VALUABLE CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS--YOU WILL NOT GET THEM BACK!!!! Think I am kidding?? Trust me, I am only one of many. Not including, of course, the reviews you see on Yelp which the owner wrote himself. In a nutshell--here is what happened: Brought in very expensive dress. Upon pick-up, noticed dress was different. Owner (Jason) told me to keep the dress I had (which obviously did NOT belong to me) and basically accused me of making the whole thing up. He did not reimburse me for the dress he lost. Not ONE RED CENT. Reported him to BBB. Upon investigation, they lowered his BBB rating. I wasn't the first, apparently, and I won't be the last. Protect yourself and go to Oak Park Cleaners or the one in the Ralph's mall. I wouldn't be surprised to see my and my friends' missing dresses on E-bay. read more

Galaxy Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaners I have ever experienced. I have been a customer for many years and tried a number of other dry cleaners, but no other dry cleaners has the quality or friendly service that matches up to Galaxy Cleaners. It's true, every time I drop off my 'dirty' clothes, they come back looking brand new. I even trust Galaxy Cleaners to hem my pants all the time and not once was I disappointed. They always hem it to the exact length that I asked for. On top of the superb quality is the superb friendly service. I love getting greeted by my first name whenever I enter Galaxy Cleaners because it makes me feel important, which just shows how much they care about their customers. if you live around the area, make sure to check out Galaxy Cleaners and you won't be disappointed. read more

Galaxy Cleaners are my favorite dry cleaners.I am continually impressed with the clothing items they are able to salvage. They are always friendly and I can count on their quality work. Additionally, they are extremely quick with turn around compared to other dry cleaners in the area. read more

This is the second time Galaxy has promised to finish my dry cleaning by a certain day and not followed through with their word. They say they will do it to take you off the market from other cleaners, then when it comes to picking up your clothes on the day they promised, it's never done. I can't continue going to a business without integrity. The owner could care less about losing a customer. read more

My whole family has been going to Galaxy for over 20 years. Jason has known me since I was a little boy. He knows us all by name. So you would think that if something happened to one of our shirts that they would take care of it. Wrong!! I'm really upset, not just because they ruined my brand new shirt that I only wore once, but I'm also upset that after 20+ years that he would not only deny that they ruined my shirt, but also make up excuses like "The buttons bled" or "You brought it in like that" or "we did lots of shirts, why would only yours get ruined?" I even showed him the receipt from when I bought the shirt a week earlier. These are the same stains as the ones found on a shirt that they ruined a year ago. Over the years there would be an occasional problem, a new stain here, a lost shirt there... but we never said anything until now. They even have insurance to handle these things. And he wouldn't do right by us. I let Jason know that he will lose not only my business, but my wife's, my parents, my sister, and my brother in law. He made a really bad business decision. My father is going in to pick up the last of his stuff tonight. If you must bring something to Galaxy cleaners, make sure the article isn't expensive or important, because there is a good chance they will ruin it. I am so disappointed. read more
