I have been coming to tic toc cleaners for a while now. They do a great job and their turn around time is great! They even have a sign out front saying "in by 10:00am, ready same day!" Not only do I take my clothes here to get dry cleaned, but I have also gotten a lot of my clothes altered here as well. They do the job, and the price is right! I definitely trust them with my clothes and getting them back to me when I need them next, even if it seems ruched, they can do it! read more

Tic Toc Cleaners - Laundry Services Near Me - Agoura Hills, California

I have been coming here for 5 years at out of default. However, I have to say I feel I am treated with a complete lack of customer service. Down right rude at times. I've had several alterations done here and each has been a subpar job for a costly amount of money. Simple hemming of my daughter's school skirts aren't straight. In addition, I went to drop off one dress and a pair of slacks in a Wed informing him I had a Monday flight and needed them back by end of week. He bailed like I was crazy. I'm sorry 2-3 days is sufficient time. Needless to say, I'm done. I've let this hang on too long and will be exploring cleaners with more customer service, turn time and expertise (especially alterations). I do want to note, the younger gentlemen that worked there is extremely friendly and accommodating. read more

Great service and always a friendly smile. TicTok cleaners has been a neighborhood cleaner for sometime. It's been at this location for many years supplying quality, dry cleaning and alterations. I give this dry cleaners five stars on a five. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for 3+ years since our prior Dry Cleaner closed post COVID. Tic Toc is fabulous! Always on time, always with great results and very friendly by everyone I have come into contact with. By far the best Dry Cleaner in the Agoura Hills/Westlake Village area!! read more

I usually have decent experiences here - the man is very nice (agree that the woman is not as nice but I rarely see her). However, today, I smelled cigarette smoke outside the business and it was even stronger when I went inside! I looked towards the back and it looked like the man was standing in the doorway smoking. Why not close the door? This is a dry cleaning business! I was really shocked. I mentioned to the lady how bad it smelled and she didn't say anything. Definitely moving onto another dry cleaner. read more

I will never visit these cleaners again. Their prices are outrageous! For dry cleaning a sleeveless blouse and only pressing 2 brand new long dresses, I was charged $37!!!! The blouse was $8 which was ok I suppose but each dress was $14 for pressing only!!!! Never again! Shame on this business! I feel totally taken advantage of. They also do not tell you up front how much things will be. I never dreamed they would charge so much! Stay away! read more

I beleive tic toc cleaners changes there prices. The owner said after i explained that he charged me higher prices then previous times. This happened twice his respomse was " i chardge what i want " I asked for his stated prices for his dry cleaning pricing. Not luck. One of the initiations into Corp. America is the frequent need to dry clean your clothing. This place is both quick and friendly. Also, one time I abandoned a couple of my Bebe suits and instead of selling them on ebay they actually tracked me down (well...called the number I gave them) and reminded me to come pick them up. On average about 8-10 pieces of clothing is about $70-90 depending on what you bring in I suppose. read more

Best place around. Friendly, prompt, fair price. Service with a smile. What more do you want?

I'm surprised by the negative reviews below. I've been using this cleaners for the past 9 years without a problem. Straightforward dry cleaning. Everything has been done well, with no problems. The lady who runs the front desk is always friendly and she remembers my name, which is amazing since I only go in every few months or so. I've always experienced great customer service! read more

I have had a number of deflating experiences with the 'customer service' at this location. I have not written a review previously as, although I had been treated poorly on numerous occasions by the staff, I had nothing to convey regarding their profession. However, I can now say that, without a doubt, I will not be using or recommending this establishment. I received a dress back that they had 'repaired' & am appalled at the complete disregard for what they profess to be a specialty: alterations. A strap on a dress I had very recently purchased at a local store ripped away from the bodice(after only wearing once). This is a very simple repair for a seasoned or even novice seamstress. When I received the dress, post repair, their solution was to use the sewing machine, white thread & the forward & reverse function at least 3 times. The dress is not white. These were spaghetti straps. The fabric was silk. Needless to say, they ruined the fabric, created an awful display of shoddy workmanship & on top of it all, didn't even look at the other strap which was hanging by three threads. I had to take the dress to a different professional who shook her head & "tsk tsk'd" the way my granny would have if she'd seen the mess they'd created. Customer service is paramount, but pride in your chosen profession is a requirement. I highly recommend that potential customers opt for one of the many other dry cleaners in our Community who DO take pride in workmanship & who respect the Community in which they work. read more

I have nothing but remorse for using this subpar cleaning establishment. They laundered my shirts for 6 months resulting in 1 Tommy Hilfigurer shirt shredding do to over starching and 1 Ralph Lauren shirt having the collar button downs ripped leaving holes the size of quarters. To compound this experience the owner charged me for the laundering. I asked for replacement value and went on Amazon and printed the purchase price. He suddenly stopped speaking English and his nasty sons entered the picture. I had them alter a $500 suit and the trousers were short when I tried them on 2 weeks after finding a excellent cleaners. I had then correct the poorly altered garment, only to find they had scored the bottoms leaving a dark mark on both legs that made the pants look like Goodwill donated pants. Beware of TIC TOC they redefine the definition of POOR customer service!!!! If you offered a subzero as a rating I would gladly pull the tigger!! read more

When I moved into the area I didn't know about Tic Toc. I went to Majesty Cleaners (across the street) and had a bad experience there. I discovered Tic Toc after stopping at Rite Aid next door. I showed up on a Saturday a few minutes after 10am (the cut off time for same day) fully expecting to be told "nope, you're too late, blah blah." Had exactly the opposite experience. The owner (I assumed he was) said no problem and told me to come back at 4pm. My clothes were great! Clean & no weird dry cleaning smell. Very pleased! read more

If I could give zero, I would. I've used these cleaner for a while and have lately noticed that stains were not coming out. I recently brought in a blue linen shirt for cleaning. No stains anywhere on the shirt. When I picked up my order (multiple shirts), the blue linen shirt appeared to have been washed and hung to dry, not pressed and not in plastic. The owner told be he couldn't finish it because he could not remove the stains. This shirt was not stained when I brought it in, however now it had a white stain the size of a dinner plate on one side, and 4 yellow stains on the breast pocket. The owner, an older Asian man was incredibly rude when I told him this shirt had no stains on it and refused to compensate me or admit liability. Only when I pressed him for his insurance company info did he relent. I figured on a value of $30. Which was fair considering cost and age. What was totally unacceptable was the attitude of the owner. When I asked for his insurance info, his comment was "Jesus Christ!". Is this anyway to treat a repeat customer? I think not. My business will go to one of the other dry cleaners in Agoura/Oak Park. Update: The 4 yellow spots on my pocket....I had no problem getting out. Shirt still ruined though due to huge white stain. read more

Terrible service worst I've ever had I've brought the same work to be done on the same uniform in 3 times! And they still can't get it right!! I would put negative stars if I could read more

DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CLOTHING!!! We moved to Agoura about a year and a half ago and started using Tic Toc then. All was fine and their prices were good...However, i thought it was strange a few months ago when one lady who works there stopped giving me a receipt for my clothes when I dropped them off. I figured she knew me, so there was no need for a receipt. Weird. Anyway, since then, they've lost two of my husbands items. After he noticed the first item was gone, I told the lady at the front and she told me to look at home again. I thought that was rude. The next week, I told her we still couldn't find it and she said she would look. In the meantime, my husband discovered a sweater was missing. So, when I went in and told her, her reply was to check the bottom of our closet. Really? She doesn't think we already did that? I asked her to look and she said she would and then call me. No call happened. I called to inquire and asked another staff person to look for me. He said he would. Still no call or follow up. The last time I was there, she said she didn't find anything. She offered no apology, no compensation, nothing. So we are definitely never going back. read more

If you value your clothes, do not go here! I wish I could give negative stars! I wish I had read the reviews about this place, but it was convenient and I dropped off a vintage coat for a repair and a clean if possible. I know that vintage items are iffy on cleaning and they should not have accepted it for cleaning. I figured they were the "pros" and should know better, but they have poor communications skills. All they had to say was that we don't recommend cleaning this coat. Now the coat is ruined and they could care less. I knew I should have followed my gut when I dropped it off because they were shady and didn't give me a ticket or anything. I cannot stress enough that you should not go to this place because they suck!!!! read more

I ended up going here on a Saturday. I needed a suit and dress shirt cleaned the same day and the cleaners I usually go to across the street couldn't do it because they don't have a planet on premise. I ended up finding this place and ask to have my stuff done the same day. The guy at first told me that same day service is only if you bring it in before 10 am. I brought my stuff in by 10:45ish. I essentially begged the guy for the same day service and he was nice enough to make an exception for me. My clothes came out good and the worker there was courteous and did me a favor so I give it a 4 star. read more

Aside from once failing to mark a prepaid load as such, I like these guys. I'm really surprised there are any negative reviews. Must be competitors. A thick accent doesn't make a communication problem and a smile does go a long way. Every cleaning failure was reasonable and my fault. Especially the bleach stain. I see no reason to change. read more

Worst customer service. They shouldn't be in a customer service type of business. The lady was so rude when I came in today I gave her two shirts for laundry which they usually charge me $2.50 for without even explaining to me that one needs to be hand washed she automatically charge me $6.50 for one and $2.50 for the other when I told her no I would like to take it back the $6.50 one she said will take both of them back I said I was going to leave the $2.50 one she said no no no take all I said you don't want me to come back here she said no apparently you need to agree to their prices no matter what in order for them to serve you at all. It's too bad she has no idea how much business I used to bring her They have no idea how to deal with people should not have this kind of business highly recommend not to go. I wish I can give them a zero read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Been going here for 5 years and they lost my husbands shirt and gave me a black skirt instead. No apologies and acted like it was my fault. NOT EVEN A REFUND for wrong clothing I paid for. NO coupons....just DONT GO!!!!! read more

I used them for years but had to stop. They lost 2 of my suits on their last faux pas. They don't give you a receipt when you turn clothes in. Then when they lose your stuff, they have no record of it being there for cleaning. This happened to me twice. First time, I figured maybe it was my mistake. This last time was just too much. read more
