*update 2/25 Emailed company on 2/15 they emailed me back 2/17 to ask if both burgers missing a patty was the only problem. I responded immediately, yes that was it and have never heard back. This company is trash. 2/14 Both the burgers we ordered only had 1 burger patty instead of two. I commented on one of their FB post because there is no contact information on the app and was told to message them or email them..did both and have never received a reply. read more

Was so disappointed in my order! The food took over 30 minutes, was cold, and overall the food was bad. Most went uneaten. The fries were drowning in spicy mustard and with the burger you couldn't taste anything beyond the pickles. read more

Tried contacting them days before the move to schedule the meet time, etc. and no answers. I still haven't gotten the deposit it back, probably won't. Apparently John Rouse was arrested on various counts and was in jail. Haven't heard from his partner either since the no show. I have asked for a return of my deposit with no results, assuming he may still be "unavailable" and no access to phone or funds. I did report this to the local authorities. I'll amended the post if it's possible should I get my deposit back.

It is connected to a gas station with plenty of parking options. It's located right off of Richlands Hwy in Rhodestown on the way to Richlands. The overall ambiance is casual. Plenty of table seating. Customer traffic was fairly consistent with orders at the counter and online orders for pickup. They have outside and inside seating. It's a fairly simple process. You find the corresponding brown bag for the sandwich you want. Mark what you want on your sandwich with a marker that's provided. Include your name at the bottom. You hand it off to the person behind the register and answer a couple of questions. Do you want fries or chips, a drink, or a milkshake. My first visit I tried the Italian Beef, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. It didn't take long for everything to be made and hear my name called. The Italian Beef was pretty good. The fries were ok. The milkshake was too thick to use a straw, so I took it home and ate it with a spoon. This visit, I had the large Wicked sandwich. The wife had a regular Italian. After a few minutes, our names were called. A large is a little much for me. Both sandwiches were good. We will dine here again. Recommend giving this a try if you're passing through or want something quick. Bonus: the gas station is connected with a small hallway where the restrooms are. You can grab drinks or other items from the gas station.
