It took me about 40min to get from the outside to the inside to order. I ordered orange chicken, spicy orange chicken, teriyaki beef and BBQ pork. Both orange chicken and spicy orange chicken were really good. The spicy one wasn't that spicy and was more savory. I preferred the spicy orange chicken. The teriyaki chicken was very moist and good with the sauce. The bbq pork was super fatty. Some of the pieces were too fatty so we didn't end up eating some of it.. This might just be my new favorite chinese togo food spot. I was there for about an hour and the line was out the door nonstop. Parking can get kind of crazy since it shares the lot with a lot of other businesses in a small plaza. I tried the teriyaki bowl (they have a special on tuesdays, a bowl & soda for $7) and the chow mein was so good. The chicken was so moist & perfectly cooked. After sitting on my couch and coming across the viral Orange Chicken Fries. I had IMMEDIATELY got up off the couch, showed the wife and we knew we were going to be in for flavor town. I am rating this based on my personal taste buds and let me tell you that I LOVE orange chicken sauce. Let's, get this right. It is saucy, and surprisingly the fries are not soggy when eating this. Again, IT IS ALOT OF FOOD. You can easily tire of eating this because of how much you get. Looking back on it, my wife and I could have easily shared 1 with some fried rice on the side and it would have been enough. But, I needed it myself and yes I finished the whole thing. Finally reviewing this place after having it multiple times and after the craze has died down. Their orange chicken fries ($14.99) still live up to the hype! Plenty of pieces of orange chicken, and with the crispy fries, it's a delicious menu item. Only caveat is that it's ridiculously sweet. As you can imagine, replacing your Go-To chow mein and fried rice with glazed French fries can be pretty overpowering--I'd recommend going light on the sauce (which is still a lot as you can see in the photos). Also recommend having the mayo sauce on the side, you can control the ratio of everything a lot better with each bite. Another minor complaint is that there's not really enough cheese, but it's just enough so you can taste it with the fries. Have also tried their combos before and portions are also generous as you'd imagine. Definitely worth the price (about $14 for a 3 item). I'd prefer the fries just because the orange chicken for them are made to order, but you could also just wait for the next fresh batch when ordering a combo. Service is fine. My second time here so it's time for a review. This is an American Chinese take out place. The line is crazy because the food is quite delicious. Our first time we had the combo A with one item - orange chicken and chow mein and shared it because it was huge. I added a chicken egg roll which was the type with the cellophane noodles. The orange chicken was tasty. I have had other orange chicken this good, but not often. It has been less than a week and I am back. Chinese food is the most healing type of comfort food for me. There are plenty of my favorites on the steam table and menu. This time, I came in at 8:25pm. The line wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. The steam tables were half empty. I see they have shrimp with lobster sauce-another comfort favorite. It reminds me a bit of the Chinese places in Hawaii. I noticed they have the Vietnamese almond cookies that are SO good. Mu Shu pork also on the menu makes me curious. Tonight I will be trying the made to order Hot and Sour Soup and a small pork spare rib because I can only try so many things each time. My sweetheart is opting for the bbq pork or orange chicken again depending on his whim once we get to the counter. A lady just came around and gave tickets to some people who were ordering secret menu items - I heard orange chicken fries and spicy rice. Those don't sound like my jam so I carried on toward the counter. 10 mins in line and there are only 5 groups or so ahead of me. The other day I noticed the Diet Coke was out of order and today it is fixed. I might have to look up that secret menu. I wonder if they would make me almond chicken. There was some back and forth shouting but I don't care... I got what i came in for. I think they are missing out by closing promptly at 9pm with customers standing outside. They must have made enough money today and be tired. I recommend being there at least an hour before closing. Back home we are devouring our food. my husband says the BBQ pork is really good. My spare ribs are epically amazing - tender and spicy. It's a comforting flavor I remember. The hot and sour soup has regular vs wood ear mushrooms, however I am impressed it is homemade. I went there yesterday for the viral orange chicken fries. I didn't see it on the menu so I asked and was that only excited to hear that it was such a thing, the chef gave me some recommendations. I ordered it spicy and I ate about a third of it in my car while it was still hot, which is most recommended. This was about $16 and change and could easily feed 2 to 3 people. Mr You not only gives crazy portions for their regular orders, but their catering orders are loaded too and both are always delicious. a regular takeout order feeds me for at least 2 meals and costs much less than bigger chain chinese restaurants.
