The food is very tasty and plenty. The turn off is the service. The Asian lady that attended me was so cold and with an attitude as if I was there for the wrong purpose. Call the store they told me to call the delivery service and ask him why they didn't get one, I didn't know that the delivery service was responsible for reading the order, and making sure it was right before they sent it to the customer. called in an order, went to pick it up. She questioned whether it had been paid for. it was in my granddaughters name so I called her a she verified she'd paid for it. She practically threw the order at me. I had egg rolls so I asked for some sweet and sour sauce. She wanted to charge me a $1.50!for a small container of sauce. I asked if she didn't have little packets. She grabbed a few, and did throw them at me and into my sack. Never said thank you, come again..anything. I ordered a large order with several entree's , soups and appetizers. The meat in the Pork lo mien was hard and tasted like it was leftover from the day before. The Crab Rangoon had no crab just cheese. And the Egg drop soup tasted like yellow dyed water. They also used Udon noodles in the Lo Mien which changrd the taste of the dish. Staying from out of town and dove into yelp to find some grub. I quickly got the urge to get some Chinese and I saw a review about the General Tso that caught my eye. I came in and was the only person dining in, however there was a steady flow of take out. I absolutely loved the Generals Tso chicken that I ordered. I'd recommend it to anyone. I have eaten at every Chinese restaurant in Owensboro and to me this is the best. It's not a buffet. I personally like that. I like that my plate of food was prepared for me. I think they have the best General Tso chicken in town. I really like that if you order it extra spicy, it comes extra spicy. I like the fried rice and their egg rolls aren't over cooked or greasy. They deliver which is a big plus for me. They are polite and courteous on the phone. In store the service is good and they have no problem with dpecial orders or substitutions. The food is EXCELLENT. Loved it all. We had my birthday dinner delivered and everyone from my 82 year old Dad to my 4 year old grandson loved it. Both of those two are picky, one just hates everything and the other is still in his experiment with food stage. Both asked when we would order from here again. 4 year old LOVED the steamed dumplings and Dad loved the pork fired rice. The delivery was fast and the food was hot. The best Asian food in the area. A large menu that also has great curry dishes. Delivery is fast and ordering online is easy. Their dining area is quaint and clean. The food isn't bad, but it's definitely not as good as their competitors. Their chicken fried rice isn't really fried and they charge extra for regular fried rice with their meals when the others do not (white rice apparently is included). They do seem to be nice people. read more

Always a disappointment. Ordered online for delivery this morning at 10:30 am, arrived an hour later at 11:30 am, was told by the bored driver that they "had a lot of orders or something", then he sat in his car out front for 5 more minutes with his radio disturbing the neighborhood. Food was room temp and the cashew chicken came with a nice thick black hair in it that I found after chewing on it! Mr Wok charges more for their combo meals, but serve them in 24 ounce containers, whereas other Chinese combos that sell for less are served in 32 ounce containers and come with much more meat in a meat dish. Can order the same dish 3 times in a row and get it cooked 3 different ways (lemon chicken). I order here less than once a year because it is a few blocks away and I can get a quick hot meal when I feel like death, and I always regret it. Service is rude but you can avoid that by ordering online. read more

i been a loyal customer for a yr now .once a week I have order food there and I never had a problem until to day . food showed up it was 1hr 30 min wait only to open my bag of food to find out the my beef and broccoli sauce was spelt all over my bag that covered all my containers and bag of eggrolls what a mess to clean up . so I called to see if they replace that one order and that was when the (she devil) of bad attitude got on the phone!! I told her what has happen to my order . she replied in a yelling voice for me to drive the order to the store so she can look at it . then I replied I paid the 3$ delivery fee and plus a tip . this is your mistake and please send a replacement order. after she has yelled at me the hole time I said im your costumer this not how you treat your paying costumers only to be hang up on .so I called back and ask her to pick up my order and give me a refund . as she yelled at me the hole time . she hung up on me again lol. yes that's right ... I called her back once again by then I was mad as hell . I told her come pick up this food and refund my money . her reply was if you ate one bite we will not refund your order . witch I did not eat any of it . so she sent her driver here his orders was to inspect my order to see if I ate anything lol what a psycho . he took all my food back to her and was told by driver it be a week to get my refund if they will actually refund my card back ? I check my bank rec. I have order from them 57 times . and that 46 times to many . I will never order from them again ,. this isn't the right way to treat people who are loyal costumers . best thing is I rec the hole thing on my phone . I will be posting this on youtube for shore .
