The insisted that I must provide this again and that I was being a difficult customer!? They also tried to keep upselling me additional services which was annoying. The total cost as $100 which was not much of a saving.

I origionally stopped in the Niagara Falls location (1755 Military RD Niagara Falls, NY 14304) a few months ago to inquire about new tires, I was told by the SALESMAN at the time that the tires were $580 something and I questioned why? I told him I was on GOODYEAR.COM and FULL RETAIL was $549.99 along with every other place I checked as well. The SALESMAN didn't really did not have an answer why his price was marked up so I showed him a screenshot of the TOLTAL from GOODYEAR.COM and his response was "well then go buy them there" so I have a couple friends of mine that own shops in FL and I thought it might be better to give the local shop the chance to sell them to me before I made the purchase online, just trying to be CORDIAL. Well I ended up leaving not feeling real good and fast forward to about a week ago I decided to go online and purchase the tires. Well that turned into quite an event, during the purchase I was asked to pick a location to have the tires installed. Now about a week ago I stopped back by the NF GOODYEAR location and spoke to a kid that was working there about the install and was also interested in buying all new LUGNUTS. Well during that visit he basically told me that they could not do the install because they did not have a machine that would balance my tires. So I spent the better part of a day calling all these shops looking for somebody to do my install. I finally found a place not to far named EZ Tire who would take care of the install and I thought everything else but it turned out this shop was gonna be unable to do the alignment and he told me I would have to send it out to somebody else and I was not comfortable with that and told him I would rather go to GOODYEAR and have it done. I spent $2300 on these 325/60/20 GOODYEAR DURATRACs and I just prefered that GOODYEAR handle as much of the work as possible. So I decided to call aheada day or 2 after the install and make sure they could do the ALIGNMENT. I spojke to a sales man named Tanner and he said he was not sure if they could and asked me to stop by with the truck and they would tell me. Today I stopped by there and was greeted by Tanner and he said let me check with his boss, a couple minutes later he came out and said "YES" they could do it but it would be $250, I then verified that we were talking about the SINGLE alignment and not the 3 YEAR alignment, he told that my truck was a special alignmaent and repeated again that it would be $250, so I asked to speak to the manager. At this point the shop manager came out and asked if he could help me, I started to explain and he rail roaded me while I was speaking again to tell me that " it was a special alignment and would be $250" at which point I said sorry "why don't you talk" and he he then APPOLOGIZED and said he had 5 things going at one time, so I was pretty much done at this point and I decided to ask him 1 more question, "I asked him would GOODYEAR Corporate be ok with you more than doubling the PRICE of an ALIGNMENT" his answer was they don't run this shop. So I left! All this GRIEF because I wanted to spend more than $2500 with GOODYEAR, SMH This review will goto GOODYEAR CORPORATE and GOOGLE reviews as well, have a great day! :( PS. He gave me different option times and I chose 11am. Went in today Sunday and took 1.5hrs and all they did was the oil change. I said what about the inspection? She says we don't do them on Sundays, I said then when I called and asked he yes and scheduled me? So I spent 1.5 hrs waiting on someone to finish an oil change? And no inspection. Didn't even seek apologies about everything that just happened. Now I'm looking a different place will never go here again.
