I called Saturday to ask if they do state inspections on Sundays the guy tells me yes so I said can schedule me tomorrow with an oil change. He gave me different option times and I chose 11am. Went in today Sunday and took 1.5hrs and all they did was the oil change. I said what about the inspection? She says we don't do them on Sundays, I said then when I called and asked he yes and scheduled me? So I spent 1.5 hrs waiting on someone to finish an oil change? And no inspection. Didn't even seek apologies about everything that just happened. Now I'm looking a different place will never go here again. read more

Firestone is the place I would highly recommend for all your auto needs. I have had consistent excellent service. Jay and Gina have been helpful, respectful, very knowledgable, and honest. I have had my cars serviced, tires purchased, and have always felt every recommendation was necessary and in my best interest. If you want your car in top shape, Firestone, Niagara Falls is the only tire and repair shop I will go to. If they're busy (and you have to wait a bit), doesn't that tell you how well they treat they're customers and the reasonable prices for their products and services? Normal Firestone. Not any different than any other location you'll find nationwide. Friendly staff. They offer military discounts. They have or can get just about any part you need for a service. And as expected, their system is linked in with all Firestones. This is important because at my last duty station, I exclusively used Firestone. So I didn't have to update any information or provide any service records. It was all there in the system and they just picked up right where the last Firestone left off. As usual, I'll be using Firestone for all my typical service needs. read more

This place is a fraud . You're better off with mobile mechanic. I told them I was buying a car from out of state and I needed someone in the area to check out the car ... they grab my information down took my payment and now they aren't releasing the report when the owner of the car approved it. This place is a total joke , no knowledge about cars or costumer service . I really can't say much because they made it so easy. I dropped my car off overnight, which ended up being to the wrong place because my dad gave me the wrong location, totally different company, but they still took my car and one question asked or fuss. They fit me in and looked it over called me with a price with an hours of them opening. I can't even say by the end of the day they had fixed my car because it was only a few hours. So they are fast, reliable, reasonably priced & super responsive. read more

+ reasonably priced - long waits I've gone to this location for a few years. I've had my tires installed here, oil changes, alignments, all completed very well. The guys at the desk are friendly but I find it always difficult to get them to look at my vehicle in a timely manner. Today, I had an appointment for 1:00 pm. I called ahead and Dave told me they were swamped and to bring it in at 3:00. I called again near 3:00 and they were still busy, so I then said how about 4:00? I get there at 4:10 and they didn't look at it until 5:00. Once the vehicle was in, the senior technician was pretty quick working on it. They don't let you walk in the shop, but you can stand outside near the open garage door and watch them do the service. The guy that did my oil change this time, Rob, was super nice. read more

Took my 2005 Subaru Outback to the Military Rd N. Falls location 2 years ago for alignment after having new suspension front and back put in and 4 brand new tires. 4 wheel alignment is called for on this vehicle. I have had it aligned 3+ times at this shop and NOT once did they tell me they didn't do a 4 wheel alignment or tell me why they didn't do it. I paid for it and didn't get it. Because it was never aligned it destroyed a brand new tire! Managers excuse was that cars settle. Then after the alignment told me I needed a frame shop to align it! And they couldn't get the alignments bolts lose. WTF!? I wasn't told this 3 alignments ago? They couldn't get the bolts lose which tells me they NEVER got them lose the first alignment! So just steal my money and not do what I paid you to do! YOUR COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. We went for a lifetime alignment that we already paid for a few years ago. The guy lied to us saying we had a lose inner rod AND outer rods. We had JUST had it at mavis for two new tires ( by the way go there!) and they didn't mention it. They wanted us to pay 396 to get that fixed before they would do the alignment. We didn't pay it and brought it to mavis. Turns out this is the part we JUST got replaced a few months ago....it was brand new! Basically Firestone LIED to us to get more money because they don't get money for the lifetime alignments we already paid for. GO TO MAVIS TIRE!!! read more

Left this review on Google as well. Ladies, beware! I took my car in for an inspection the other day, was told it failed due to broken rear coil springs. Thankfully, I'm not an idiot and told them no thanks! As they wanted $818. My husband and his mechanic cousin got my car up on a lift and magically, my rear coil springs are in perfect condition. But back to while we were in the shop, we were asked multiple times why we didn't want the work done. When my husband said he could buy the part and do it himself, they were like are you sure, it's really hard meanwhile the one who kept saying it's a hard job looked like he had the reading level of a second grader. He also kept telling us he does side jobs and would fix my nonbroken springs for $300. I laughed. Good lord this place and its employees are a hot mess. If my car broke down and firestone was the only garage within 2 miles, I'd push my car until I found another place. My husband had to leave work for this and that's money gone! I'm just glad we didn't waste the $800 these people wanted from us. read more

Not a Loyal Business, I took my car there to get the windshield wipers fixed, they told me $50 just to find out what was wrong with them. They told me to fix it was going to cost me well over $1000 the bill consisted of new wiper motor, new transmission wiper that part alone was about $300 and they were going to put on new arms and blades. Needless to say I took it some place else a few months later because at least they were working temporarily just stuck in wrong position. The one final quit because of wiper transmission I took it in to someplace else and was half the cost needless to say I didn't need a wiper motor it was good it was just in the wrong position and my arms were good the only thing I needed was the wiper transmission. Firestone was a rip off and was trying to take me for granted. read more

Firestone was and has been my go to place to go to get anything fixed. The one in Niagara Falls is a disaster. Usually understaffed and rarely able to help you. Often out of normal sized tires. My Hyundai Tucson seems to be a major issue for them. Lost 8 years of business across three states. read more
