It was no longer there, but in its place was Cafe de Bangkok. We ordered from the lunch menu, I getting curry Chicken and my wife getting the Pad Pak Raum with shrimp. Both were medium spicy, very tasty and sat well for the rest of the day. After we ate, the owner-chef talked to us for quite a while; he was very humble, informative, and an all around nice guy. We found out that their menu included Thai dishes from throughout Thailand; something that most Thai restaurants don't do. We found out they had just received a new THAI SELECT Certification Award that is given exclusively by the Ministry of Commerce of The Royal Thai Government to guarantee the authentic Thai taste of Thai food products and Thai restaurants in Thailand and overseas. The next time we are in the Gilbert area we will definitely return to this place, and we highly recommend it to all.
