This is a one of a kind place with a great vibe. The same people always working. Family run. Great deals on tools and gifts and household goods. The pre Christmas after hours sale/party was a blast. Great plentiful free refreshments, hilarious giveaways, raffles and visit from Santa. read more

I love this little place. When coming out of Brent's and receiving little or no recognition that I was a potential customer, I walked along to chill and found Mr. Stuff. The staff is great and helpful. I found amazing sets of kitchen stuff for my new apartment, when I moved here in July 2010. I have gone in twice and each time I have found something useful and my boyfriend also enjoyed what he bought. Surprises abound at every visit for they get in new lots of items all the time. With a focus on shopping locally, I love being able to see good items at great prices and to contribute to the small businesses. Mr. Stuff, you rock. read more

You should first hand know that this place isn't like your regular discount store. I would say it looks more like a permanent garage sale. But forget the looks of the place inside, this place is amazing! I love stumbling around really strange items. You might even find products that no longer exist and they have fairly low prices on most of their goods. Things I've bought here that I LOVE: A really big star shaped candle A lighter shaped like a slot machine that lights up when flipped open A head bobbing kelly osbourne pen A hollow rock to leave my key under Incense (twas cheap!) read more

This place is great! Its kind of like a target for me. I always come out with more stuff than what I come looking for. Very cheap random stuff! Most recent purchases were...a desk mirror, plastic baggies (the ones you put jewelry in), goggles, and heavy duty gloves for yard work. The cashier (owner?) is always very nice too! Highly recommended! read more

Great place to shop for this or that. Super deals. Everything you never thought you would need until you need it. Stop in and check it out. It is next to Brent's Deli on Parthenia. Mr Stuff and Brent's two great places to visit. read more

I love Mr Stuff! I loved it before I met Bob and now that I know Bob I love it even more! It's a great store to find inexpensive stuff that you won't find anywhere else. It's just a fun place to shop :) read more

This store is so random! But kool! They have the most randomest shit from tools to lights to toys and even boogie boards. I like going and looking at all the stuff they have. And everything is pretty cheap. You never know when you need to buy a some hand tools, batteries, poker chips or even posters. The people there are real nice too. It's a lil mom and pop shop. Gotta help out the small shops too.  Can't let walmart take over everything. Oh they also have like racks and rolling basket, super helpful when i need to go to the market. read more

Really interesting place to check out if you're in the area, but like others have said, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. I can't imagine that their inventory changes much. Although, you can find dirt cheap knickknacks and tools galore. I spent a good amount of time going through each aisle and ended up leaving with only a handful of items. Nothing too exciting, but so affordable! A list of random things you can find here: - Tennis racket carrying cases for $1.50 - Giant star-shaped candles for $1.50 - Walking canes for 99 cents - Nascar, Marilyn Monroe, and Lucille Ball posters - Christmas decorations - Handheld mirror that whistles ;) - Cheap toys - Birdhouses - Umbrellas - Megaphones - Gingerbread man and holly leaf cookie cutters for 25 cents - Pack of Hallmark greeting cards for $1.00 - Plastic measuring cup for $1.00 - Fake rock for spare house key for $1.50 Lots of interesting stuff to look at, but not necessarily stuff I would want or need. read more

I love this weird ass store! Its not the 99 cent store or anything remotely close to it. Where else can you find a humongous "C" clamp or Crescent wrench or maybe a Dennis Miller talking doll or a Hillary Clinton nutcracker lol. It has the most random assortment of weird items and they are changing daily. So if you go in one day and say this place sucks because they had nothing, go back in a couple days and it will have another assortment of new strange oddities. Love this place read more

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Stuff and Bob. They came through for me and my company when nobody else could. And they keep the shop very safe for everyone. Shop local folks and be sure to give Bob a visit. read more

Excellent selection. Excellent customer service, most memorably 'D'. She was really cool as were they all. Inventory is constantly changing so get on the email list to keep updated. Great local resource. Will keep coming back! read more

Great people, great store ! They have everything you could possibly need. Now is the time to support Mr Stuff and all your small businesses. read more

It is always a pleasure when I go into Mr.Stuff. You truly never know what kind of stuff. From kitchen to tools and a whole lot of stuff. It is truly an amazing place. The stuff changes weekly. I make it a point to visit this place at least or 3 times a month. Last thing I bought from Mr.Stuff was a copper and steel Cullender that I price out in sears for 23.00 more than I paid for it at Mr.Stuffs. This place is a close out utopia. read more

Very nice store. Has a wide variety of things. They are very nice and helpful. Good hours and availability.

Gotta come back to this places every so often as stuff comes and goes all day long. This place is Harbor Freight meets the Dollar Store. Lots of tools and smaller stuff, household goods, some dog stuff, tarps, bungee cords, drills, rubber gloves, sanders, power tools, etc. Really can't describe the aisles of hodgepodge items. It's all good, just fun to browse through once in a while and see if they've got anything you might "need" ....err want. There are some staples that I buy regularly like their work gloves, tarps, and LED flashlights. Check it out once and you'll probably come back again too! read more

Super incredibly nice staff EVERY SINGLE TIME! The most random store and I can't get enough of it. Haha definitely worth stopping in if you can't find a gift for some your guaranteed to find something here. Including gag gifts!!!! And great stocking stuffers around the holiday of course. read more

I really enjoyed the thrill of entering a store that has "stuff," and boy, they did have stuff. I found an obscure screw driver bit there that I've been meaning to pick up from the hardware store. This one was perfect, tough and cheap, as in not a lot of dough. Affordable things. Kinda random at times, but heck that's why I gave this place 5 stars, simply because it's cool....and random, and that's why's it's cool. Wait, I said that already. Oh well. read more

They have a lot of random things in here. You find a lot of tools in here. They have tarps many sizes. It's good to just walk in there to see what thy have. You might need something one day and remember they have it in stock. Just like I did I ended up going back to get a ball thrower for my dog and very cheap. read more

Cool Stuff Mr. Great deals.

Lots of stuff! Cool to go in an just look around at all the cool stuff and great prices for everything. Tools especially.

I've never been to a store like Mr. Stuff, and probably will never be in a store like that ever again! I went in there and left with so many different items, he's got everything and at great prices! I'ts like a big giant swap meet indoors, but at even better prices! Mr. Stuff came out and he's one funny guy, when you are in the area you must go visit this place its awesome! read more

Worth at least one trip to check this place out because it's just so bizarre. You'll find all kinds of things you don't need and maybe one thing you really need. Then you'll see a bunch of stuff that you know you shouldn't buy because it's junk but you want to buy for the novelty of it. If I ever needed to buy a gag gift or a tarp this would be my first stop. read more

Mr. Stuff Warehouse - Gorbachev dog toy. - Discount Store Near Me - Northridge, California

I've driven by this place a hundred times and I finally decided to go in the other day. I love it! It has great useful (and not so useful) stuff for cheap. I had fun just walking through the aisles. read more

Pretty neat store. They have a lot of cool gadgets and gizmos along with plenty of tools and homely stuff.

I love this place. It's like a 24/7 yard sale. Even when I have nothing to buy specifically I always stop by when I'm in the area and always end up leaving with something. Such random stuff. read more

Love this place! Been going here since they were at the other location a few blocks away. Definitely not everything for everyone, but look around, and you'll find a trinket, tool or treasure that you surely can't live without! They have common items as well as other things you won't find anywhere else. I find items for my eBay business, office supplies, electronics, and just fun things to play with. The staff is always helpful and friendly, Rich really knows his stuff! read more

If you love roaming aisles of 'stuff' as much as I do then you'll love this store. My friend Collin showed me this place!! Come to think of it it's about time for another trip. read more

Alot of random stuff. I was hoping for something cool but no luck. It looks like they might get some random things on clearance and sell it back over here. Good prices though. House Improvement things, home decor and other things. read more

Cool place, lots of unusual stuff and good prices, the cons are not easy to find exactly what I'm looking for, I'd have to get lucky to go in looking for a specific item and find it, that being said, I usually end up buying something I like and go hone happy. read more

Mr. Stuff is great - such unusual items, great prices. I like to check out his store before I go to Big Lots!

How can you resist a store named Mr. Stuff? I saw the sign and said to myself, "I like stuff!" I entered to a warehouse of oddities and treasures. Tools, magnets, candles, mugs, custom license plates and signs...it would be impossible to list all they offer. This place is great if you like to stroll around and find those things you didn't realize you need until you see them. The other reviewers are right, you can't leave this place without finding things you want--though whether you need them may be questionable. That's okay because the prices are so low, you won't feel guilty. read more

Great store! Mr. Stuff has all kinds of interesting items that you can use. They have good selection and sizes of tarps. The prices are pretty good too. I stop by ever couple months to see what goodies they have. read more

I shit you NOT I walked in here thinking it would be nothing special BOY was I wrong! There is so much merchandise in there I mean when you think about knick knacks this place means business they do not fuck around. You can literally find almost anything you need or do not need tbh. If you are balling on a budget this is the store for you. Moral of the story I highly recommend stopping in here to bullshit around. But if you don't have a lot of time then this place is not for you I mean you can literally be in here shopping for a while to the point where a search party has to be deployed to find your browsing around ass. I don't usually review places but when I do I only do it when it's worth my time and after coming out of this place I don't have much of that left. read more

I don't buy anything until I look at Mr. Stuff first. He really does have some amazing stuff there. And I can't tell you how many times I've dragged a guy there who thought I was "taking him shopping" and then how I had to drag him out because it's a guy paradise! Plenty of stuff for women too. And my little dog loves their dog toys. I can't recommend this store highly enough! read more

All I can say is WOW. Mr. Stuff is a one-of-a-kind store that features manufacturers' overstock. Surplus, close-outs - and oodles of stuff you can't find anywhere else. From quirky gadgets to industrial-grade tools to aisles and aisles of fun stuff. There are so many unusual and hard-to-find items that you could get lost in the store for months. My wife and kids can't get enough of their extensive array of containers. Glass, plastic, metal, screw-top, pop-top, you name it - they got it! Also, not to be missed is the incredible tarpaulin section, with more tarps than you can imagine! In fact, it's a whole wall of the store from floor to ceiling. More sizes and more colors than you'll find in any other retail store in the world. My kids call it the Tarp Museum. To be honest, I just dropped by one day out of curiosity...an hour later I was still trying to make my way to the cashier, but the thousands of brand new surplus items kept beckoning. Anytime we need Ziploc bag, tools, hardware or flashlights, Mr. Stuff is the ONLY place we visit. And the best part is, they get new oddball merchandise in every week! One visit to Mr. Stuff and you'll agree - it's the greatest! read more

What can I say? Mr. Stuff has everything you need and all of the stuff you don't need but wish you had! Their aisles are filled with fantastic helpers, dohickies, whatchamacallits, and an unlimited supply of the kinds of items that you would pay four and five times the price at some other store. My family has purchased everything from snowboards to mechanics chairs to coin holders to garage hooks and everything in between! Mr. Stuff- the place you have to go!!! read more

I like this place. It's usually the first place I go to when I need something. You never know what's going to be in there! Well, the other day I stopped by to get a part for a pallet jack. I told Rich that I was there to get something they didn't have. They went to the back and brought pallet jack wheels!! Unfortunately they were the small rollers out front, and not the big steering ones. What was kinda surprising, is that one of my colleagues had stopped by previously and ordered those same wheels, and they remembered?? Possibly, but how? We don't go there en masse. I gave them the specifications for the wheels I needed, and told them there was no rush (expecting them to be hard to find). A couple of hours later I got a call that they had them, and they were not expensive at all. The next day, the pallet jack had new tires, and was rolling nicely along. Thanks Bob, and your excellent staff! read more

The kinda store you go into not looking for anything in particular but you alway come out with something that you need at a super great price. Cheap and cool tools, flashlights, toys, electrical, dog toys, etc. read more

This is the best "treasure" I've ever found. If you've never been there, don't go if you're rushed for time. You want to be able to browse every aisle because you won't want to miss anything. I go frequently as a treat to myself. I go in with nothing specific in mind, and always come out with a bag full of Stuff. All useful and/or just plain old fun items. And you can't beat the prices! Put's $ Store, 99er, and Big L's to shame when comparing same items.....and Mr. Stuff has things these other stores don't even carry. Plus, the personnel is friendly (which some people working in the "other-mentioned" store's, lack), never interrupt your browsing, but are always VERY helpful if you have any questions. If you're one of the lucky folks like me that live near this store, you HAVE to stop in. I have no doubt that you'll make regular visits from then on. Jude read more

We LOVE Mr. Stuff and try to get out there at the least twice a year. Husband and a friend go a little more often than I can get over there.
