Private parking lot in the back

I have been coming here for years and I can tell the prices went up. It's like the prices in a regular store. They put theft alarm prevention on some items too. Gee That says something. Parking is tight and limited located at the back of the store. Metered street parking is available if you don't mind paying. Donation drop off is at the back as well. 25% off on Tuesdays until 12nn. Which is a good deal if you're purchasing a lot. You can find good stuff if you have the patience going through them. Tuesdays and Saturdays are the most busy days. And better come early to get the good stuff.

Permanent marker onto 100% silk. Very sad.

An updated review to say that your employees are STILL writing in permanent marker onto perfectly good merchandise.

I move in a crowd that, when the location and time is right, would like to visit a thrift store. Therefore, in between errands, and with one in the vicinity, I found myself at the Reseda Super Thrift Store on Sherman Way, in Reseda. You will be in awe the moment you walk in. The sheer size of the place and the abundant stock of clothing (predominantly), is something to see. There is a bias in selections, because you see much more clothing choices for women than men :) and that is okay. The fact that the place is crowded, tells you that it is a popular destination for bargain hunters. I am one who donates to thrift and goodwill stores on a regular basis.......and I hope you are too.

    Love your neon.

This place is insane, I can find something every single time I come. I know I only left here once without something cause it was a notable visit. The prices are completely fair, I find them to be cheaper priced than most other thrift shops. The items I get here feel like they're tailored to be sold. I don't usually see actual junk being sold. They do cycle things out and mark stuff down because I've seen them do it and also I notice items become reduced or sold/removed after some point. I've been coming here for the last 8-9 years now. What's been good to me here are the housewares side. I've collected a spectacular amount of things. I've also gotten many shirts in here. I rarely come in contact with an employee besides at the register and they're always friendly to me. Yeah it's just a great store I think if you're into thrift stores you're totally missing out if you don't come here. Parking is in the rear off Darby. I can't recall ever having an issue parking here.

This place is horrible customer service sucks and manger is worried about other things instead of her job

Sorry to say but customer service sucks around here. And the manger needs to focus on doing her job instead of eyeing her customers left and right. She is rude doesn't know how to communicate. If I could give this place 0 stars I would just here doing community service but I shop here and there, my experience in this place has been horrible your better off shopping at the mall or Ross honestly don't give this people your time and money.they don't even care for the clothes why would they care about the customers purchasing it.

They write with a permanent market on the items. Eww. Who ever wants a permanently damaged goods?

A hot mess of stuff and not in a fun way! They were charging 30 dollars for a wooden bowl that I could buy new at Target.

I've gone to other thrift stores such as goodwill which is kinda overpriced for a thrift store.

As we entered Savers, we were quickly greeted by the staff. The store was a nice sized one and very clean! Everything was very organized! They have clothing, household items, books, purses, bags, jewelry, shoes, and more. It all depends on the donations. The prices seem very steep to me. I guess I've never thrifted in Los Angeles before?!?! They are open seven days a week from 10 am to 8 pm. You can join their club and get points towards a discount. 100 points equals 1 reward. Each reward is a 20 percent off your next purchase. You'll have to read the fine prints. If you're 55 plus, shopping on Tuesdays is a perk! They say you can get 30 percent off. ( EXCLUDES new merchandise with the red tags on them ). I would ask the clerks about this before shopping and ask about their "restrictions may apply" policy! Overall, it was a nice tour of the store. Know your prices vs shopping secondhand prices. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Ample parking!

I didn't find much, but I'll be back for sure with more donations. That was our initial purpose. I know this is a "for profit" second hand store, but Goodwill is wild with their limited hours and no longer accepting donations at this time response when I call. Also, Savers gives you a 25% off purchase coupon, Goodwill has gone down to 10%. If I were to put them in order of where I'd go thrifting, it would still be Goodwill, then Savers, then Salvation Army. Also, on Yelp & Google it still has holiday hours - this place is open for business as well as accepting donations daily from 10am-8pm.

For me, everything seems fair for the quality. They need to have more cash registers open to get people in and out quicker but otherwise very friendly staff. They have people stocking at all times. The prices are CRAZY high for a thrift store. I understand they operate trucks and a brick and mortar building but for them to be charging nearly retail prices for used clothes and items they got AT NO COST is just insane. Parking is usually packed and you may end up parking on the streets of the local neighborhood. However if you have donations I'd drop them off at the door THEN find parking. There are often 3-5 tag colors for sale. However most of the items you select will conveniently be a label color off sale. The workers must have paper cuts from as often as they change the tag colors. Come expecting to spend at least an hour if you're on the hunt for something specific. They often have a good variety of purses and shoes. I mainly purchase small home decor items, workout clothes and furniture. I found a gigantic lightweight canvas in the art section that I just love. And I'm constantly checking the vinyl section for gems, all of which are typically $3 or less each. Take a second to view the jewelry counter, you may find some nice earrings behind the glass or costume jewelry hanging up. All the "good stuff" is located behind the counter. That includes items like video game consoles, "luxury" bags, sealed items, cameras and lenses, smaller electronics, instruments, etc. Apparently they're open on Sundays now which is new and still pretty calm since I don't think many people know about it. A lot of the workers are mainly Spanish speaking so do not be offended if they don't answer you right away, they will quickly locate someone bilingual to help. If you can take your time you'll find some good stuff, however with the rising prices the deals are better some days than others. I would give them 3 stars but the prices lately are just brutal.

They have an incredible variety and are very helpful in store and as brokers to find what you are looking for even if they don't have it in store. Great staff too! The store has a very welcoming atmosphere, very open feeling, not at all claustrophobic like some stores can be. Love the background music too, especially the jazz - keeps me in my happy place while treasure hunting. We love the Retail Therapy sessions held on the first Friday of every month, not only is there wine, cheese and crackers and sweets and treats, but the entire store is discounted 15% - that's always a welcome bonus. Who didn't love a discount?! My most favorite type of therapy. We've enjoyed getting to know the owners and some of the dealers who happen to be there when we are, they're helpful and informative. And on the QT, sometimes they authorize discounts - if they can - on the items in their booths, especially when you buy multiple items. I saw on their Instagram that the next Retail Therapy session will be a Christmas Party - we'll be there with bells on and bringing our shopping list! Highly recommended to others. And while you're there, there's a number of antique stores there on Sherman Way - they're gradually working to revitalize the Historic Antique Row in Canoga Park. 2 new stores have been born out of the dealers in Main Street Vintage - check out Artfully Made (Sherman Way, all handmade items) and Vintage Home (Owensmouth, just opened 11/2/25), plus the owners also have Retro Relics 2 doors away from Main Street Vintage - another great selection there! Hope you have as much fun as we do. And visit the Real Juicery on Remmet for great juices, smoothies and bowls (more great owners!). Plus, 2 coffee shops opened this year on Sherman Way, Trio and Jessie's Grind (latter has the most fabulous doors!!) Support our local businesses . Our community needs small businesses, and the ones I've mentioned are absolutely worth a visit... or 2... or 50
