This place is a poop show. First I called to check if they had what I wanted and the little troll Mario with the flat ironed ramen noodle hair says sure thing we have it! I take a trip to the shop and they didn't have it. They only care about a sale not the customer at all! I proceeded to get another product. Mario did not I.D. Me which was a big strike and he did not point out the fact that it's no returns even though I didn't see the sign. I called the next day trying to return my product and this idiot gets an attitude so before you know it I raised my voice and cursed them out I went to the store also trying to get my receipt and he called his manger Rami and said I couldn't come back to the store again lol imagine that! I told him I never want to come in this ratchet place again and I called him a little boy! He is childish and I don't know how he got the job it's annoying how people can't do their jobs and act professional! This place is reported by me because I think they sell to underage as well if they don't card you. Just a bunch of mad Punjabi's who can't handle business. Really good lil smoke shop. I've came here twice and both times I had really great customer service. They were knowledgeable about all of the products. My friend purchased a vaporizer from them months ago and was missing a piece. The manager immediately said he would check with his warehouse and get back to her about the piece. The inside isn't glamorous but it is clean and the products are neatly displayed. There's a video room in the back. I'll let someone else review that. Haha! You'd think buying them out of hundreds of certain products would result in them ordering more, especially when a customer returns asking for the same item over and over. Their employees have never seemed to take note of these continued requests either. I've returned at least 5 times asking them if they've reordered.. Nope. Great simple smoke shop. Lots of glass not the best glass in the world but very good. The best part of this place is it's open late. Smoke shops need to be open for my spontaneous purchase of a rig at 11pm on a Friday and the guy explained I've been using my rig wrong for like 5 years. Cheapest kratom I've found in town name brand is normal price you'll see around town. The proximity to me also helps it get 5 Stars. Great smoke shop. Definitely recommend. read more

The tube-cut tobacco they sold me was very old, dry and powdery. It was so old the coupon in it had expired last year. Per the store employee, only the manager could approve returns / exchanges. Numerous phone calls to contact said manager only resulted in bad attitude form the employees, and no contact with or response from the manager in 6 days. read more
