Haha! This is awesome because even tho I do not eat meat, I have been wanting to try this lineup. I was able to get more than one (the other place has a limit on how many you can buy) but here you can buy as many as you want. Didnt know they had 4 different ones.

Ive been doing business and shopping at CDOT for close to a year now. They have a huge selection of cigars for every Aficanado, they host events, participate in Houston Cigar Week and the staff is nice, the vibe is nice and the service is great. They also carry a great selection of custom cigar pics aka nubbers. CDOT is the distributer for Houston!

Great inventory of almost everything. I have not experienced the lounge but they know cigars and house sticks are good.

She knows how to make guests feel welcomed, seen, and appreciated. Whether she's checking in, making conversation, or keeping the energy flowing, Yaya is the absolute best kind of staff member who makes you want to come back again and again. Giorgio's is one of two restaurants located in the beautiful Hotel Granduca across from Uptown Park. This is a very nice and upscale property with both valet and self parking available. When I made the reservation I initially chose inside dining but after arriving we decided to take advantage of their offer to sit outside to take advantage of their lovely patio by the pool and the very pleasant outdoor temperature that evening after a nice rain. We were seated near the door where the pianist was playing nice music inside that allowed us to enjoy it. Giorgio's HRW 3 course dinner this year was $39 and I ordered the Burrata Panzanella Salad as my first course followed by Cavatelli Bolognese for the second finishing with the Flourless Chocolate Cake for the third. While waiting we were brought some bread along with trays of peanuts, potato chips and popcorn which was a little unusual but no one complained about free food. I must say that all of my 3 courses were excellent tasting. The Burrata salad had a large serving of the above named cheese with fresh tomatoes, olives and ciabatta bread that was cool in temperature and I could have eaten another serving because it was so good. The pasta bolognese was equally delicious except warm in temperature with the Akaushi beef making a delicious bolognese sauce over the cavatelli. Finally the cake was fresh and full of chocolate flavor with berries and Nutella alongside a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream. This was a perfect finish for what was a fine meal. The outdoor setting was also perfect and one that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. So why do I only give 4 stars? For some reason not understood by anyone in our party was the fact that this entire experience took us 3 hours from being seated to paying the checks for our 3 course dinners. They didn't appear to be too busy that night so I'm not sure why it took so long. Our group did enjoy our time together and filled it with good conversation but still this dinner should have taken at least 1 hour less. Talking about a slow relaxed pace for dinner....this was a little too slow. I would still be happy to return.

With our options being limited, Martini/Cigar is undoubtedly a breath of fresh air. It's gives our age demographic a reason to go out and enjoy ourselves without having to worry about hearing a DJ spin NBA Youngboy, DaBaby, Lil Baby, Lil Yachty or Young Thug. I've been twice and the DJs are always playing music from the 70s to the 90s.....the music we can relate to. They really know and understand how to properly set the vibe and create an extremely dope and sexy atmosphere for professionals. Parking wasn't a problem at all. The restrooms were very clean, the bartenders were fast and attentive, and the busboy who was assigned to the patio was like a worker bee. This dude never stopped cleaning. Whatever he's getting paid, it isn't enough. He kept our table on the patio spotless. To the owner, Ed Micheaux, we thank you. Mr Micheaux actually came outside and introduced himself to us one night we were there. He gave us a rundown of his most popular cigars he had for sale, where they came from, and answered whatever questions we had for him. Since he actually took time out to spend time with his patrons, we immediately wanted to buy more drinks and patronize his establishment as best we could. There was a guy on the patio cooking BBQ as well. This guy was a HUSTLER. He rolled up to the patio on crutches, setup his station and sold food the entire night on one good leg. He even limped around the patio handing out samples of his wings in order to get people to buy a plate. The strategy worked because a lot of people bought in, including us! I'll definitely be returning when I get a chance, especially since I found out that Good Grief (Houston's best DJ) spins there.

I saw this place on another Yelpers Instagram and once I asked if they had hookah and she said yes I knew I was going!!! I picked a cigar bar because I wanted to treat my brother for his birthday and he loves a cigar! The owner of this establishment put him on to one he's never had and he was very impressed with the suggestion and will smoke that particular cigar in the future. I'm not into cigars so I tuned out as they were talking. The owner of this place is very engaging without being intrusive. He cares about his customers experience and that was much appreciated. I asked for a mixed berry hookah but he added his own blend and let me just say I will let him pick my hookah from here on out! I loved the flavor and it was so smooth! All of the employees here are very gracious and inviting! Very friendly and pleasant! He's got a good group of people working for him. Don't be fooled by the title. They do have a plethora of martinis and the crowd, especially the ladies, we're loving them!!! However they have other liquors. I don't know about wine though. My brother had scotch. I had a Sprite as I was the designated driver. (Don't drink and drive folks!!!) I will definitely be back here! The prices are reasonable and the crowd is older and respectable. Well, they are mature and that is cool!

Humberto told me that they instituted a new rule this year that a person must purchase 52 Cigars per year. They also sell pipes, cigar cutters, and lighters. They do not sell alcohol nor are you allowed to keep alcohol in your locker if you decide to purchase one. I have to say, this place has a lived in feel! The wood floors counter in furniture add to the oral field and character of the place. Reminds me of Cuba except here there's air conditioning and ceiling fans. They have those in Cuba. I was trying to come up with the the feeling here that the owners are trying to create an I believe that word is community. I stopped by on a Sunday around 6 p.m. While I Uber'd, I know that you can find free street parking in the area despite it often being busy. Ambiance (3.5/5): The Davenport was packed even on a Sunday evening. To the point where no seats were available. Luckily for me, about 10 minutes in, the lady next to me left so I was able to snag a seat at the bar. There are also high tops and a small patio out front. The Davenport is a pretty chill establishment, but one with a loyal following. Service (4/5): A full bar usually means service issues. There was a component of that here. It took a little while to order my drink and later to get the bartender's attention to close my tab. Given how popular The Davenport is, your experience will likely be the same. Luckily, they make up for it by going above and beyond with their cocktails. I'll get to that in a second. Food (N/A): I was on a liquid diet, and to be honest, while I'm not 100%, I don't think they have food. There was a guy walking around selling boudin though right when I was about to leave. Drinks (4.5/5): The Davenport is known for their martinis so that's what I recommend going with. It's a The Cheesecake Factory-type menu with 40 or so martinis to choose from. Paradox of choice situation. I ended up going with the gummy bear which was a solid cocktail, although a bit too sweet for my taste. Here's what makes Davenport next level... their martinis pack a punch. I always appreciate a stiff drink. And on top of that, they often give you more than your cocktail in a martini glass. There's usually quite a bit leftover so they'll pour that in another glass for you. Basically a drink and a half for the price of one! Given the strength of the cocktails and the quantity, it's definitely a good deal. The Davenport has been around for a while and has become a well-known spot. I'm glad I finally got to cross it off the list. After you down a martini or two, there's an Irish pub right next door and Trill Burger right across the street.
