These are counterfeit puffs. They all taste fake and I have been among puffs for a year now. I know the taste. My device that I bought here a week and a half ago stopped working. I bring it back here to figure out what the problem is. Adam is working. He plugged in my battery using my charger and assured me that my battery had gone bad, which I told him can't be the case because I had literally charged it one time, and I did not mistreat the battery at all or leave it on the charger. He again told me it's definitely the battery and that this happens often. He's seen it hundreds of times. I am upset but I go ahead and purchase a replacement battery for my less than two week old battery along with another charger. When I get into my car, I have a sneaking suspicion, and I plug in my old battery to the new charger. It starts charging immediately. I go back in and explain to Adam the situation, that he had misdiagnosed the problem, and I had just bought a new battery I did not need. He told me that all sales were final, and that the best he could do was offer an exchange. I had literally not left the parking lot and was rather shocked at this since he had literally sold the unnecessary battery to me a minute ago. So yes, I was a bit more than upset at the situation. Went inside and asked to verify the authentication code that comes with every puff bar and the guy at the counter had the most extreme case of little man syndrome I have ever experienced. He was very rude and wouldn't let me verify the product until I bought it and told me no returns. I hate to give bad reviews about places, but when a bottom line is more important than having integrity then the masses should know. I purchased a Hookah charcoal burner from the Westheimer location a few weeks ago and it went bad IN LESS THAN A MONTH, so naturally I would take it back to the place that I purchased it from. When I brought it back in I was met by a little fella with a boss man complex who not only wouldn't exchange the faulty product, but then attempted to use the little shop versus Walmart big brand excuse, the I don't know what you may have done to the product excuse, and then the we just don't take stuff back no matter what excuse. I asked for the owners contact information and was told he didn't have it, but he quickly gave me a yahoo email. I doubt I'll get a reply, but as I told Mighty Mouse when you sell a product you should stand by it no matter what. That's integrity over money. I went to the store to purchase an herbal vaporizer. Soon as I got there the man changed the one that I was looking at and showed me a different one that was supposedly more expensive and better but on sale. After I bought it they told me I had 48 hours to bring it back. I gave it a try and it did not work well for me. I came back to exchange it they told me immediately that they could not do anything for me. Didn't even ask me if it was 48 hours. They knew they were selling me trash from the gate!!!
