Great, service. I recommend. Fast and efficient. No waiting time. Great value for what you pay.

do not attempt to show up 10-15 before 6pm. they will not help you out even if you call ahead and they confirm they'll give you a hand. The attendant will claim they lost internet along with all the other smog spots - confirmed to be false from neighboring smog check. I will no longer return for services read more

Wasted time and gas to come here & am told system *just* went down & it could be an hour before it's up in the middle of the day on a Saturday & they're closed on Sunday. I don't have time for unreliable service. read more

Yelp Review 2023 #319: I've been going to Mr. Smog to get my annual smog check for the good ol' DMV for the past 3 years. They're right next to a gas station and Viva Zapata's. They have 2 service lanes and the times I've been here, I'm always the only customer which is great for me. The old place I went to in Aliante has a Starbucks next to it and it was a pain in the you know what. And that's how I ended up finding this place - and not the many times I've been to Viva Zapata's. I'm giving 4 stars for the first 2 years I've had my smog check done here and not the most recent visit. The first two visits were flawless. I handed them my little postcard from DMV, I step out of my car and they take care of the rest: smog check and registration renewal. Quick and hassle-free process. My last visit, I pulled up, handed the young man my DMV postcard and I stepped out of the car. He asked me for my car key which was still in the ignition. He did the smog check gave me my paper and told me the amount for the smog check. I asked him "can you do my registration renewal" and he said "no". I told him I've been getting my renewal done with my smog check for the last 2 years I've been here. His reply: "our services are temporarily down." Whatever. I paid. As I was pulling out of the service lane, my car wouldn't reverse. I checked the e-brake and it wasn't that. The guy forgot to take his little contraption from behind my wheel! So, I stepped out of my car and told him. Next year, I'll do a drive by and if it's the same dude working here, I'll go to Aliante. read more

First time here. Fast easy and friendly . Will be back next year for renewal . It is the cheapest in the area as well

I drove up and the process was quick. I forgot the guy's name but he was very friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Got there first thing. The technician took me right away. I was in and out with my certificate fast.

wasted my time and drive. the guy was absolutely incredibly rude and disrespectful, and had no type of customer service on top of slamming his clipboard like he was supposed to intimidate me because I am a woman. read more

I do not care what anyone else thinks, this little place is amazing. Not only can you get a fast smog check but they will also do your care registration on the spot! It's better than going to the DMV for sure. The gentleman was very kind and accommodating as well. Five star service for him and this little place. My second time coming here and I just love it. Mahalo again! read more

Smog places usually hire the Sketchiest employees. It's an experience I usually dread. Mr smog was fast and pleasant. Customer service was great.I'll definitely come back next year. read more

I called first to see if needed an appointment for my smog test. I did not. I was told that I could come in til 5pm. Which is their closing time but he said as long as I was there before he can get me in. I didn't inquire about price. I did manage to get there at quarter til 5 and Emmanuel took me in and was very quick and conversed with me as he did the smog test. He was informative to my questions and very nice. The test did not take long maybe 5/10 minutes and I was on n my way. This was not my usual smog place to go to but the one I have gone to for the past many years no longer did smog altho they still advertised they do (big brand tires use to be AA Auto on corner of Centennial and Losee) but the Smog Shoo is my new go to and I'll recommend to anyone who asks. Kudos to Emmanuel for his exceptional workmanship. read more

drove to this spot after a 14-hour shift to get my smog checked and renew my registration. Although there was a line, the man (who's name I didn't get) working this morning worked so efficient that I only had to wait 15 minutes to get service. It took 5 mins for the entire transaction. They charge about $25 for smog check and $10 (plus the entire cost of your registration renewal). I definitely recommend this place! I saved so much time, gas and mileage for $10. It's a one-stop-shop to renew your vehicle's registration read more

I've had quite a few cars smogged over decades in multiple states. This was the first time I had to smog a hybrid (which I still think is stupid). Service is extremely fast and efficient. Mine was 3 minutes from the time he hooked up the OBD. I will share with you, if you're one of those 'Muricans who feels like they have to drive a huge gas guzzling SUV, your smog check will take a lot longer. He can also get your registration renewed. That part is included in the time quote I gave. I'm telling you, if you drive a normal, efficient HYBRID car, it's FAST. People complaining about the arrows... There are two streets, Craig and the side street. If you enter from Craig it's straight into the parking spot, but there's not a lot of space if they have a lot of people. But nobody enters there, they all come from the side street, and that arrow just points at the building and is unhelpful. Try to go in from Craig entrance if possible. read more

I pulled up to get a smog the guy looks at my engine walks around my car goes to the computer and fails me tells me my computer access has been tampered with. I had him show me what he talking about and the little female the plug thier machine in had fallen off its clip. I snapped it back on he said I had to pay $24 for the failed test before we can retest Total scam told him I'm not paying until he performs the smog. He refused and has called the cops to come demand payment. What a joke of an operation read more

Worst experience ever. The black worker (I'm black too) started off with "I don't do illegal smog test." Like sir I'm not here for an illegal smog test just asking a question. Rude af, I'll be going somewhere else with all my cars for now on. Advise: not all blacks are trying to get free or do illegal things brother. read more

If I can give it a ZERO I would, I went there my second time(first go around was rough) but I thought I'd give it a second try. The fat African guy working has a huge attitude problem and lacks customer service. The vibe was completely off from this guy the second time around. I still have 3 other vehicles I need to smog and I will definitely take my business up the street to the Meineke which is 2min away for any other personals with the same situation. Sorry Mr.Smog but you need to hire a new associate and represent your business with a smile at least and especially one that does not talk backs, says smart remarks and with attitude. read more

Talk about fast, friendly service! I stopped by Mr. Smog to get my emissions test done and Mr. KD (sp?) got me in and out as quick as 1, 2, 3!!! I go yearly to Mr. Smog. They are quick and friendly. I highly recommend their service.

This was my first time taking my car here as a newer resident to N Las Vegas. The place seems weird but it's legit. Quick smog check. It only took about 5 minutes.

This business was fast and easy to work with but the vibe was weird and felt unprofessional in a way. The price as well I felt was too high for a smog check. read more

The guy sitting in his white beat up car outside is extremely rude. I came for a smog and I got attitude from the start, gave it right back to him and than he refused to give me a smog, I've seen other reviews about the same guy, how he still has a job? Idk won't be coming here again tho read more

I appreciated the quick service. Couldn't have been more than 5 min. I am giving 4 stars because the worker greeted me after getting out of an unmarked vehicle and not wearing anything that would identify him with the company-like a name tag or company shirt which seemed sketchy. Also on the plus side is that he was polite and wore a mask. read more

Quick, efficient smog check. Mr. Smog only does smog checks. I went right when the store opened, first in and out.

The guy who drives the white Nissan parked out front of business was RUDE and unprofessional had his pants hanging down with his butt and underwear showing and absolutely did not want to help me understand what the test results were saying. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in, he put the bricks under my tire, went to hook a cable up & told me it wouldn't work with my car (it's a 2016). He then started the "test" & told me I failed because he couldn't hook that cable up & I still had to pay... he knew he couldn't complete the test in the beginning but he forced me pay anyway.
