Quick and friendly! Have used their services a couple of times now to smog our vehicles.

I should've read the reviews before getting my truck smogged here. I had to go back FOUR times to get my registration! Long story short: They said my debit card was declined at DMV so I had to come in and to repay. I go back in and paid. Then I get a text saying my registration was now overdue and I would have to pay $47 late fee. When my tags finally came in, I checked my paperwork and saw that my expiration date for my credit card was written down wrong, which was why my card was declined. I asked for a refund of my late fee which I paid in cash, and after a couple phone calls, the manager finally said that he would credit my debit card, but he would not give me my cash back. Additionally, as I was leaving after the first time of getting my truck smogged (I cane straight from the gym) one of the employees named Shawn looked me up and down and said " little girl, little shorts, big truck." It was absolutely gross and made me feel so uncomfortable. Check your paperwork,people, because this place is running a scam. read more

This smog place is very close to Aliante Casino. Conveniently located near North Las Vegas. Two young ladies were there upon arrival. They were both very professional. Very smooth transition. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Friendly service. I will definitely be coming back for any further smog services. read more

Horrible experience. Before the smog test even started, the lady almost turned us away because she couldn't read the VIN number. I asked her if she wanted me to read it to her, and she gave me a look and walked back to the car to write the number down. Once the test started, she looked like she had no idea what she was doing. She had to redo the test three times. Yes, my car is old, but she should know how to preform the test on any car. During the test, the car started smoking. She kept asking us demeaning questions. We took the car there to check what was wrong with it. She kept asking us how we ever thought it was a good idea to drive the car on the road. She had a very bad attitude. Finally, when I was paying at the cashier, she kept giving me snark comments. The lady at the cash register was trying to give me information on the car, and all I could hear was the attitude lady yelling, "Y'all are stupid for bringing this car here! This car stinks. Y'all should just scrap your car!" It's not the prettiest car, but it's my dream car. Hearing her tell me to junk my car aggravated me immensely. But $30 isn't bad for a smog test. That was my son who wrote and experienced this. For someone older to talk to a young adult as degrading like that -Lady do better with your life! read more

This business should stick to doing Smog! Do not use this business for anything else outside smog, including DMV Services. They charged me flat fees for using their services, printed me an invoice with a quote for my vehicle renewal, but my card was charged 3 times the amount. When I called them they gave me crap explanations. I also received my tags 2 days past the time they promised. I'd rather wait all day at the DMV than use their service. Horrible overall experience and service. We went to this location to get a smog check on a pre-OBD2 car. The lady "helping" us had a horrible attitude straight from the start. The test took way longer than it should have because she had to redo it three times. After the test was done, she started trying to give us wrong diagnoses of the car. She told us, "There's smoke coming straight from the crankshaft". What are you even talking about? After that she kept making snarky comments and questions like. We ended up failing the test, which we expected, and she kept basically telling us how much of a piece of garbage our car was. She told us we should scrap the car because we will never fix it. We finally went inside to pay for the test and the other lady inside was much nicer and more friendly. But as she was talking to us, the original woman was still making these comments and kept butting in. I don't understand how you can talk to your customers like that. I also feel that she was annoyed with us because we brought her an older car and she had to do more work than just plug a cord into an OBD2 port, or maybe she didn't know what she was doing at all. I'm sure there are good employees as this location, but she is not one of them. In the end, I left irritated and angry from the experience. Most probably won't be going here ever again. The fee for the smog was $30, which is pretty standard for a smog test. read more

Absolutely ridiculous experience. They didn't start smog checks until more than 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. The first employee didn't even walk in until 8 minutes after opening. They put out a large smog advertising sign in high winds that blew into the front of my vehicle. The guy who picked it up didn't even acknowledge it hitting my vehicle. Once they did start the smog check, I indicated to the person that he entered my license plate number wrong, concerned it wouldn't match DMV records. He didn't care and wouldn't fix it. Finally, went to pay, tried to use cash because they charge a fee for credit cards. They said they cannot make change from my $30 for a $28 smog. Forced me to use a credit card anyway. I expressed what a terrible experience this has been and her only response "then don't come back." Believe me, I won't. read more

This company is simply horrible to deal with. THEY made two mistakes on my paperwork and then expected me to drive back in person to correct THEIR mistake! Refused to refund me for a service I never received. They stopped responding to my repeated texts and calls to make their mistake correct. I offered many options which they turned down all of them. It's only done their way and it will be at your expense. I am now using a different company to have my car registered and having to dispute the charge they already put on my Credit Card! I'm not one to leave a negative review as believe every business deserves a fair shot. I just want to note that I don't have high expectations from a smog business but my visits to Smog plus and their poor customer service deserves to be highlighted. I've visited smog plus twice already and my experience was not ok. First visit I didn't pass smog and the gentleman was trying to tell me how to resolve the issue but I was having trouble hearing him as the other lady that was working there was busy yelling on the phone at someone else I couldn't hear what he was saying. Second visit I go back to get re-smogged and I pull in the parking spot. The same gentleman approaches me and tells me that another lady was waiting ahead of me and tells me to leave when there was clearly no one else waiting. Hopefully they can get their customer service squared away. read more

Had to get a last minute smog and this was the closest to the DMV.$28.99 for smog, was quick and Tom me about 10 mins. Luckily, the one customer in front of me was just finishing up when I arrived. This place is small and behind the gas station, a bit hard to find. But had a good experience and the guy who was working there was pleasant and professional and got me out of there quick. read more

This place was soooooo awesome! We registered three vehicles ....also had some complicated issues with title transfers. The represented was soooo respectful and professional.
