I specifically raised concerns to GEICO about the driver-side front tire and suspension. The shop told myself and GEICO that the tire only needed air. After picking up the vehicle and getting on the interstate, I immediately felt abnormal bumping. I pulled over and discovered a visible knot on the outside sidewall of the tire. The vehicle had to be towed to BMW of Tallahassee for a proper inspection. BMW identified over $4,000 in additional damage that the body shop failed to address, including: * A damaged tire * Two damaged rims * Additional suspension-related issues * Evidence that the undercarriage was never properly cleaned, including remaining deer debris from the original accident This means I was released a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. That is unacceptable. Repairs should prioritize safety, and this experience caused unnecessary risk, stress, and additional costs. I would strongly urge others to seek thorough independent inspections if using this shop.

They sent it to their shop in Jax, but unfortunately, the repairs were incomplete. After I got the car back, the warning light came on, so I took it back to Gerber in Gainesville. They did all the repairs needed, plus gave me a free rental car while they worked on my car. They honored their warranty and did not charge me anything for the second repair.
