For about a month, their reels kept popping up and the content was great so I let them continue to show up. Then I looked them on google to see if the customer satisfaction matched and many happy reviews were a good sign. In the times we live in, you have too many options to choose from. Usually, I shop around but I just happened to be lucky this week and Alex and Alina were very close by and they came by within 3 hours of my DM. I told them I'd get back to them since I wasn't sure if I was needing a major refresh just yet. Anyways, that interaction went well and they were so nice and didn't pressure me into anything at all so it didn't take much time for me to text her back and ask when their next availability was. From the moment they replied to my message, Alina and Alex showed up to my door with an estimate and refreshed my entire space within less than 3 days. Alina and Alex were very kind and professional - I was given a courtesy reminder and they showed up on time. Alina sent me a bunch of photos when they completed the job and she does a great job at sharing their work as they are in action. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters.
