Mr. Puffs is very good. Think of small, round, beaver tails (queues de castor) but crispy. I liked it because you don't have to commit to a large portion. You can get 4pcs and you're good to go. Want to pack on the calories? Then order the many different toppings available, trust me you'll find a flavour that you like. If I lived close by I would be absolutely huge. This location is located in a small strip mall so there should be plenty of parking. Served nice and hot so be careful when you take that bite. Is it because Mr Puffs are so sweet that every single location I've been to had been great, especially service wise?! It is a smaller Mr Puffs but when there were no Covid restrictions, there is a small seating area. Covid wise, there are a LOT of hand sanitizer - both in front when you enter and right by the cashier/serving area. There is also a screen that divides you away from the cashiers. Mr Puffs is always a go to for fresh, hot, and absolutely scrumptious loukoumades. It never fails to satisfy. They also now have a good number of hot chocolate flavours. Mr. Puffs has been my family and I's go-to dessert choice throughout the quarantine days. It's impossible for me to describe how good these balls of dough are. Even if we order through Uber Eats, they always get delivered hot and fresh. And the drizzled chocolate and creamy caramel make this fried dessert so much more irresistible. Mr. Puffs West Island I still remember the first time going to Mr. Puffs in Laval. Now I don't need to travel far from my mom's house to this location. Location: Blvd St Jean - Not a lot of parking here. West end of the city. And the traffic is terrible since they are working on St Jean. 4/5 stars Atmosphere: It has a fast food style ordering. You go to the counter, order what you want and wait do pick up your food. It's a small hole in the wall with a few tables inside the building. A nice size patio as taken a few parking spots, but I guess that's a sacrifice they took in behalf of their customers 3/5 stars Service: Well no real service here since you order over the counter and pickup your own food. The girl over the counter did have attitude. Hey if you don't enjoy the work you do, time to find something else. 2/5 stars Food: This is mainly a dessert place with deep fried goodness, milkshakes, ice coffees, ice cream and cold drinks. They did have snack style dishes like spanakopita. So don't come here expecting a good meal. The puffs were good, but you need to eat them while they are hot. Once they get cold, the tastes changes. Please don't mistaken this place as a cream puff place, because if you do, you'll be greatly disappointed. 3.5/5 stars Price: Not bad, $18 for a box 50, which comes to 0.36 pee puff. Wow, these little puff things just killed timbits lol I like how they're crispy on the outside and soft/warm inside. Their glazzes are really nice, even their berry jam ones were nice ^_^ which you don't expect from jam lol The rest of their menu looked dull to me, even their coffees, I mean some of them were half foam lol I couldn't sum up any interest to try. This one is in a pretty good location on St Jean. The place itself isn't big but it is nice and clean. There was a little crowd waiting for their orders but the overall wait time wasn't bad. There is a good amount of choices and different box sizes which is good. They're always fresh and hot which is great! Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. First time there, after hearing about how good this place is, on Saturday about 5 PM. Line up out the door, the smell of the puffs is enticing! Got them in, and went out to the car.
