It reminds me of Taft Ale House on Spring Grove right before they went under. The staff there were aloof and dismissive. The craft brewery market was over saturated. They and several others folded. We went to Rob with some questions about our tanks and modems, and how to effectively rebuild our coils, and although we didn't even have our ecigs with us, he knew how to fix EVERYTHING. From leaning on the eleaf to using a screwdriver to recognize the atomizer with a quick trick-to helping us pick out the most affordable and reliable option for our new tanks (while also selling us the metal mouthpieces to avoid future mishaps) he was able to solve all of our problems so easily and with such efficiency and kindness-Thank you so much, Rob!
