Can't even give this place one star. The man running it refuses to scan your returns in front of you or provide a receipt--something every legitimate shipping location does routinely. He's rude, unhelpful, lazy, and completely disrespectful. When you ask him to scan your items, he tells you he will and then dismisses you, asking you to leave. But worse yet, he failed to scan three of my return packages--worth over $3,000. Now there's no tracking and no proof they were ever dropped off. There are plenty of better, more professional places nearby. I won't be back and strongly recommend others avoid this location read more

Since this location has been taken over the service has been horrible. They refuse to give you receipts when you drop off packages. This takes laziness to another level. I need to be able to show proof that a package has been dropped off. Their refusal and insistence that i take a photo of the label is insulting. I can't even give this place a star rating. He refuses to give you receipts for your packages.. every other place I have been to do this. I go there because it is convenient. No more. He is rude, unhelpful, lazy and disrespectful. He argues with you when you try to tell him what Customer Service at UPS or FedEx has instructed you to do because it appears he can't be bothered. I will be contacting both of those companies because he says they don't know what they are talking about in their Customer Service Dept. He is supposed to be their representative. The Indian guy that works here is incredibly rude and short-tempered. This store's services are also all outrageously priced. Go to Staples in Newtown instead. You'll save yourself money and aggravation. It couldn't possibly be too long until this shop closes up, and if you ask me, I say it can't happen soon enough. read more

The owner is awesome, I do a lot of shipping. I can take whatever I am shipping in, he will find box, tape it and find best shipping rate. He has take the time to cut boxes down to save me a ton on shipping! The old owners were...ok...this new guy is extremely customer focused. read more

I'm not too picky about such things, but the new owner's attitude toward customers is remarkable. And not in a good way. He seems indifferent, almost hostile. I've been there a couple of times since he took over and this attitude was not a one time thing. Usually when a customer enters a small store and no one else is there, one would expect some sort of acknowledgement that recognizes your existence. But this guy completely ignored us for a while. He does not like to give FedEx or UPS confirmation and will charge a dollar or two for printing one out, which I've never experienced before. He would do well to consider a good customer service attitude upgrade. read more

I love working with the owner. We often need specialized print orders cut to specific specs for my tween daughter's small business and even if we put a last minute order in...He always comes through with quality work! Plus I have brought items to be shipped various times and he has always helped me out with tape etc. So nice and convenient to have this store in town. read more

I like the owner of Mr. Printer. I sell a lot on eBay and sometimes the item I want to sell is too large or heavy and I don't have the proper shipping materials at home. "Mr. Printer" will take the time with me, find the perfect box (cut it if need be), package the item up properly, and figure out the best way / carrier to ship. He also did this a couple times for me just so I could get a good shipping cost estimate so I knew how much to charge my buyers. He will spend time with customers to help them out and doesn't complain or rush them. I also go there for copies sometimes, which seems to be cheaper and easier than Staples. charged almost 50% more than ($11.67 more than) published FedEx rate on a second day delivery fedex envelop. The FedEx published rate is $24.38, but Mr.Printer charged me $36.05. These guys are ripoff and never use them for FedEx. read more

This place is my lifesaver. When I need to ship packages the owner is always there ( very convenient hours of operation) and he helps me figure out the best way , must cost-saving , timely way to ship packages . The owner is so kind and helpful ! read more

I use to like Mr. Printer but now they have someone new working there. I went to drop off my package and a new guy was there. I needed a confirmation for my packages which UPS and Fed ex both provide and the previous guy did to but he just said he does not give confirnations/ receipts. Weird! read more

Horrible place to do business. One of the rudest owners ever. He could care less about customer service. Treats people with complete disregard. I have been in the store 3 times and will never return. I have seen him be very unprofessional with people during those visits. On one of my visits he was degrading a person who had made copies. The person said he had made 10 copies and after paying, the owner actually went to the copier and then called to the customer as he was leaving and told the customer he owed an additional 15 cents because the machine said he made 11 copies. The owner told the customer if he could could not count his number of copies accurately he could not use the self service copier. That was the last time i will ever go in that store. I would highly recommend Mr. Printer for anyone who may need wedding invitations addressed! I recently had my envelopes done (100 invitations) and he had them done very quickly (2 days). The price is great and I could not be happier with the overall quality of my envelopes. Staff is very polite and willing to work with you if you have a busy schedule.
