Whether it be sending packages out, making copies of documents, or even sending important info off my phone to be copied these guys are the experts. They will suggest to you the best way to send your packages, especially delicate ones like Antique Figurines to Limited Addition Paintings you name it. They meticulously hand wrap and package each item, what they call their "Bullet Proof" guarantee. They will offer you several different price ranges and thoroughly explain each one and the best way to send it. MBC also creates one of a kind Banners and Posters. They also make one of a kind Plaques to save a Memorable Article you want to keep, or a Diploma etc. They have an array of woods and colors to choose from. They have a Finishing Service which does Binding, Punching, Folding, and Mounting. Mailbox Business Center can help with your Passport Photos, and Faxing, Scanning, and Notarizing Services. This company is truly remarkable and very professional. From the minute you walk in, you know and feel this is no ordinary mailbox place. They know many of their customers on first name basis, and it feels more like a local community business which is definitely a plus. The owner Matt is delightful along with his entire staff. They are all very well trained, especially the other Matt I delt with regularly. They really help take the stress out of printing, copying, mailing, scanning, faxing, and shipping. You can even rent your own mailbox. This is the only place I take my stuff, because they always do an exceptional job. Their prices are very fair. I highly recommend using them

Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes…read moreand then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did

So far so good…read more The passport person (Skip) from the Kingston P.O. went on vacation ("you MUST come in today [Thursday] before 4:30 otherwise you can't get it expedited because I am going on vacation!"); I had already passed my lunch break, and didn't feel like heading out for unbillable hours to spend time frazzled with a manic postal worker. Princeton/Palmer Square directed me to the main location on Carnegie, which doesn't take passport appointments on Saturday. But here, the woman was pleasant on the phone, told me I needed one check for $169.85 (passport+card+expedite fee) and another for $42.50 (application+Express mail); both could also be paid with a debit card (Skip told me to take in one check for, oh, just take in a blank check, maybe 2--is there a run on checks in this country or do I somehow need pre-addressed checks prior to leaving the house?). And I have an 11:00AM appointment tomorrow (Saturday). I may or may not ask the post office to take photos, as UPS took potentially less bad than previous passport photos for me. Also--it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. There are 10:30 and 10:45 appointments prior to mine. Will update tomorrow. Update:Maybe I'm wierd, but it's unusual for postal people to be so helpful. We were waiting in line, and just before 11, a call was made for anyone with passport work to be done. Yeah! That's me! I had filled out the wrong form and had to fill out another, and then was taken through the steps to get everything else done. No smootching! I'm jealous! :) The woman was nice and got us sorted out quickly (we were out by 11:10). Great service. UPDATE 8/31: Good news: the passport arrived with my documents on Saturday--yeah! Bad news: somehow their processing of the photo gave me a pig-pink sunburn. It even looks as though my head was cut out and attached to my neck after photoshopping with a red filter. Oh the joys of ugly passports one has to cart around for 10 years.

They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
