I also appreciated how they calibrated the bid to include only what I was interested in having done, which went a long way in my choosing them over their competitors. The installers showed up on time each day until completion and did a good job cleaning up after themselves and protecting my floor from entryway to the utility room. Attention to detail was outstanding and included them addressing some minor concerns I brought up during the installation process. They were very professional and did a quality job at a fair price. The guys clearly took a lot of pride in their work and doing things right, even when that meant a little extra time and effort. (I would also note that their Office Admin Christina was very accommodating and a joy to work with as well).

They charged me almost $23,000 to install a new gas boiler and water heater…read more When we didn't get heat and the carbon monoxide detector went off, I called them to look at it. They sent in 15 different employees including the general manager, Colton to repair it. Still didn't work properly. We then hired someone to come in to look at it and he immediately fixed it! Apparently, they covered up all of their screwups so it looked like it worked but it didn't. I sent Colton the bill for the other plumber twice but never heard back. They are the worst and there is nothing good I can say about them other than use another plumbing company.
