George came out and personally gave me a quote. The price was more than fair, and he came back the next day with a contract. His guys came the same day and pressure washed the house. The next they came and finished the job. Start to finish in only three days, one full day of painting. The result was amazing! They painted all of the details and George's suggestions on the color were spot on. They even threw in another color for the front door. The entire experience was great! Would definitely recommend!

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me. Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) I'm listing my home soon, grateful to have the value of a new roof and skylights making all the difference.  He's even going to drive my 26 foot U-Haul for me on the day that I have to move and that says a lot about his dedication to his customers.  I would only recommend using Albert Bronson, 602-809-7277.

Buyer beware This…read morecompany worked on my roof a couple of years ago, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Within days to months of the original repair, I experienced continued leaks and had to request multiple return visits. During one of those attempts, a new leak was actually created in an adjoining room, causing additional damage to my home and furniture. I was in direct contact with the owner, Kirk, who personally came out to inspect not only the leak itself but the damage that resulted from it. He apologized and assured me the issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately, after that, communication stopped completely and all accountability disappeared. To this day, the problems were never properly resolved. I still have the correspondence, photos, and documentation to support everything stated here. Mistakes can happen with any company. What matters is how they handle them. In my experience, the lack of follow-through, integrity, and accountability is what should make potential customers think twice before hiring this company.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but CopperWest Roofing definitely earned this one…read more Our 25 year old tile roof house was overdue for replacement of the underlayment, so I started searching for a local roofing company for quotes. I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing.

Their…read morestaff exhibit reckless behavior, are self-absorbed, lack awareness of their environment, and are generally impolite. Their driving abilities are quite concerning. They drive on the wrong side of the road, cut off other vehicles, and display rude gestures to those who expect a modicum of caution from them. Therefore, if you encounter a Kore Roofing vehicle, be prepared for the unexpected. They seem to operate under the assumption that others should anticipate their actions, stay out of their path, and relinquish the right of way to them. If their driving reflects their attitude, and I have no reason to suspect otherwise, one can only imagine how problematic they might be on the job site. Personally, I would not want someone on my job site who will create hazardous situations or put my safety at risk. Even if they offer the most competitive prices, be ready to incur costs related to liabilities and damages that their crews may seek to cause.
