I spoke to the owner Curtis about our needs and concerns of the kids running around the house. I didn't want them to track it further through the house. He listened and said he would come out himself with an employee to help us out. I kept everyone away from it during our party. Now he and his staff were with their families as well. However, like the fire department High Class knew they were in the business of helping people in need. I called at about 1250pm.................Curtis and his team arrived in uniform at exactly 125pm. Our family was very surprised by the timeframe. 35 MINUTES!
