At the time it was just one person in the truck working who I believe was the owner. But for one person it took him only less than 15 minutes to have the order ready which is fast for me. While it is counter service, the staff was attentive even when seated, they were helpful and friendly while ordering, and they even seemed to be having a good time doing their jobs well.
