I was exhausted and ended up calling National Pest Experts; on 5 pm on a work day, I immediately got Paul, the owner, and we ironed out a meeting the very next day. During our consultation, Paul took time and consideration in explaining rodent physiology and behavior, what types of agents and poisons they would use, what the multi-step approach was for getting rid of these pests inside my home as well as outside on my property, and outlined completely of the game plan which included the types of traps and how they would work. In addition, he provided us with a seven month follow up plan to make sure they stayed out of our home. His prices were extremely fair, and his entire team (family oriented) were helpful and quick. I am a customer of yours in Lynbrook. I hope you record your phone calls and urge you to listen to a call placed today 4/15/2026 at 2:13 with your scheduler, if you do. I called to schedule a visit for ongoing ant problems I've had since I started with your company. I did not expect to be condescended (I mistakenly used the word poison and was told I'm not even using the 'correct terminology' so I don't know what I'm talking about), and accused of lying (after mentioning what we were told by employees about our ant situation possibly being in the wall, he said just because I say something doesn't make it true). I had mentioned to the representative I was upset and the way he was talking to me was an awful way to speak someone. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer, let alone another human being.

Rodent activity is rarely random. Mice and rats exploit structural access points, food sources, and environmental conditions that allow activity to persist. Our process begins with a professional on-site visit focused on identifying how rodents are entering the structure, where activity is occurring, and what conditions are contributing to the issue. We specialize in rodent control for residential homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties. Rather than relying on temporary treatments alone, our work emphasizes proper evaluation, clear documentation, and exclusion-based solutions designed to reduce repeat activity and ongoing reliance on control measures. When appropriate and conditions allow, control measures may be implemented following the initial visit. Rodent issues often involve more than what’s immediately visible. Our assessments are designed to identify contributing conditions, document findings clearly, and outline practical next steps so clients understand what’s happening and how to move forward with confidence. 5-Star Review for Pest Knockout Company (Uniondale, NY)…read more I want to give a huge shout-out to Miguel from Pest Knockout Company for providing exceptional service. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched -- he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain each step of the process, and answer every question my sister and I had with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Not only did he address the pest concerns, but he also pointed out a plumbing issue under my bathroom sink that I wasn't aware of. That level of care and thoroughness is rare, and it meant a lot. Miguel's personality, professionalism, and dedication made this experience outstanding, and I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided. Because of him, I feel confident recommending Pest Knockout Company to anyone in need of pest services -- and when I need follow-up or future work done, I will be specifically asking for Miguel. Highly, highly recommended!
