THESE PPL ARE RUNNING A SCAM!! They did a terrible job cleaning charged me $250, I zelled it to…read morethem and then they accused me of not sending it. They then proceeded to harass me for the rest of the evening calling me a liar and threatening me. I confirmed the Zelle was posted, I sent them screenshots and they STILL harassed me. It wasn't even 24 hours after the cleaning they didn't even wait to see if the bank was just delayed in processing just started accusing me of stiffing them. SO SKETCHY!!

We used this service in November of 2023 in Roseville, California. They quoted us $350.00 for a…read moredeep clean. It is a one story house, average size. I attached the quote to this review. We said okay that makes sense. They did a really good job. They said it took as much time as expected. We never checked our account (busy life with kids, sports, school, work, etc) and went on with our lives. Fast forward to today, we wanted to get the house deep cleaned before Easter. We called them up and again they quoted us $350.00 (which we expected because of last time). We however started getting weird, feelings and thought we should check our account from November. They charged us $565.00!!! We immediately called them and of course they do not recall the prior quotes (even though we had numerous communications on it). When confronted with the actual previous quote they sent (which we attached) they THEN apologized that it was misquoted. They swore it would be $350.00 this time. We demanded a written quote. They sent us one for $550.00. My wife called them up asking "WTF" and the guy says "oh I am sorry....we can do it for $400.00." We disconnected and canceled any future service. The truth is that they KNEW they quoted us $350.00 originally knowing they were going to charge us more. When the quoted us $350 again, they sent a quote of $550.00 because we had called them out about the previous time. (They thought we were suckers for thinking we were paying $350.00). Then when they got called out again t they said just ignore it and they can do it for $400.00 ($50.00 more then the original quote with nothing changed). But even that is dishonest. You see the *** on the bottom of their "quote" says they can adjust the price to what ever they want without telling you...which they will do and did. Complete scammers. Go with a service that is not going to steal over $200.00 from you. We are also reporting to BBB.
