For all these reasons, I highly, highly recommend Olde Towne Heating and Air Conditioning.

TLDR: Definitely go with Precision…read more Work: 2 mini splits, 1 on outer wall and one through the attic high up on our vaulted ceiling. Brian has stellar work ethic, he did the vast majority of the work by himself (including spending hours in the attic going back and forth!). We got the newest LG units possible, which came with one hell of a learning curve for the changes they made. Brian never stopped pushing on the LG rep for troubleshooting to get us up and running as quickly as possible. He was very considerate of our time, never showed signs of frustration while dealing with their shortcomings (I asked lots of questions) and confirmed everything with us throughout the process. They were fast, knowledgeable, always professional and showed more care and concern for us than just about any service I have required out here thus far (including another local HVAC company that just never got back to me with our quote). This year, our furnace broke in our new house and Brian came out on New Years Day to assess, order new parts, and make the repair. He got the unit working again quickly, despite the holiday. Brian and Amady are our go-to HVAC folks and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

OMS HVAC/Mechanical (Glen Onken) AND TEAM are the best HVAC folks I've had the pleasure to work…read morewith. We built our home 23 years ago and obviously put in the basic furnace/AC for cost reasons. When the AC unit went bad, Glen came out and BEAT everyone on service and price. We were able to get a Bosch complete system (Furnace/AC top of the line) with heat pump and high efficiency. Glen sized it to use our existing duct work and we have been extremely happy. He put sensors around the house we can program to a zone using our Smart Phone app remotely from anywhere. THE COMFORT LEVEL in our house has gone up 1000%. We control the humidity, the temp by zone, AND OUR UTILITY BILLS HAVE GONE DOWN by $30-$50 /month. Oh and don't forget, we got the REBATES from Black Hills (Gas) and Core (Electricity) and STATE OF CO (tax rebate) making this whole system the same or less than other quotes for a basic furnace/AC combination (which we started out looking for). THANK YOU GLEN and Team. PS: The follow up service has been phenomenal - when we had questions or glitches, it was a phone call or fast in person visit. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone and made my appointments, but she was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Matt came to do the maintenance. He showed me how horribly dirty the inside of the furnace was. Yikes! I should mention that our "periodic" maintenance was far from the recommended annual maintenance, and the furnace is old. Anyway, he cleaned it beautifully and inspected it. The air in the house even smelled better. And he recommended having the ducts cleaned.   Alexander came to clean the ducts. He showed me lots of dust and dirt, and apparently animal hair inside. When he was done, I could see how incredibly clean the ducts were, and how much ugly stuff he had vacuumed out. The house smelled even better!  Shortly after the duct cleaning, the furnace stopped heating. The ignition had worn out. It was working when Matt came, but it was just old and happened to wear out. So I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who came and replaced the ignition the same day I called. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. They have always provided an amazingly quick response, which I especially appreciated with a cold night on the way. And I was very impressed by the outstanding knowledge and attitude of every one of the technicians I met. They were willing to explain everything I wanted to know, and in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend 888 Heating to anyone looking for excellent heating or air conditioning service!
