We had an outstanding experience with Jordan and the entire team at L & L! From start to finish,…read morethey made the process of installing our new AC and furnace smooth, stress-free, and professional. Jordan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the entire process. The crew was on time, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently to get everything installed and running perfectly. Before deciding, we cross-compared quotes and services from 15 different companies--and L & L stood out above the rest. They not only beat the competition on value but also explained things better than anyone else. Their transparency, clear breakdowns, and willingness to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting gave us full confidence in our decision. On top of that, their warranties are strong and gave us peace of mind knowing our investment is well-protected. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the people themselves were just great to work with--genuine, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. It's rare to find a company that delivers both top-notch service and such a positive customer experience. If you're looking for reliable HVAC work, I can't recommend L & L enough. Jordan and the team really went above and beyond!

Of course I got several companies that wanted to 'sell me.' I contacted Air Care HVAC and made contact with 'Cole.' He told me he was finishing up another job and could be over at my house in about 30 minutes. I thought "oh no, here comes another sales job." How WRONG I was! He arrived in 30 minutes and inspected my evaporator coils and didn't try to sell me on ANYTHING. In fact, I plan on using them to replace my entire HVAC system early next year.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. He's one of those rare contractors…read morewho truly stands behind his work and treats every job like it's for his own home. A few years ago, when I lived in a 1950s house, I called him for an AC quote. Instead of just trying to make a sale, he took the time to explain that my old ductwork was undersized and would likely cause frozen coils -- and that installing AC wouldn't be a good idea. Every other company was still pushing expensive quotes, but he gave me honest advice that saved me thousands. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Fast forward -- I moved to a new home where the attic furnace was waking up my baby at night in the winter. He replaced it and sound-isolated it so well that it's now very quiet, even though it sits directly above my son's room. Later, I had him replace our main-level furnace too, and the workmanship and commitment to my satisfaction was unparalleled. Everyone I've referred him to -- friends, family, neighbors -- has had the same experience. His team's attention to detail, fair pricing, punctuality, and commitment to making sure the customer is completely happy are unmatched. Even when hardware compatibility issues have come up, they've gone above and beyond to make things right. It's also a true family-run business -- when you call, they actually pick up the phone, respond quickly, and stick to their word on scheduling. In today's world, that level of service is rare. I recommend them to everyone I know. If you want honest, high-quality HVAC work from people you can trust completely, this is the company to call.

What was the best was Joe did a great job of educating you on what is important in HVAC. He didn't try to sell you some warranty or "yearly maintenance plan" like other HVAC places. The whole experience was easy and made a not so fun purchase much more enjoyable. I have recommended him to my friends and family and some of them have used First Rate and had a great experience as well!! Thank you!
