There was a mix up in that we thought we had requested a smart, wi-Fi thermostat. I contacted Rich and in a few days it was swapped out for a wi-Fi thermostat at no extra cost. I always dread calling for house repairs that I don't have the skill to do myself because it's so hard to find a reliable company that will show up, do the work they promise, and charge a fair price. We really lucked out with Chris as he did all three.
