There is not too much going on in the burger with extra add ons and in my opinion its not needed because of the flavor that you get with every bite! They have a slaw and a sauce on the side depending on what burger is ordered, its either a mustard base or a version of 1000 island. BOTH sauces are delicious and pair perfectly with your burger. Onion rings are on point here as well as the fries! I have loved every bite ever taken here! For meals we had the steak and chimichurri, good if you love a big steak- a little too much for us. The beef and lentils were delicious and perfect for a cold winter evening. The next meals we tried were the cuttlefish croquettes which were very good, like a Japanese octopus ball. Great sauces. Not only does this wine bar have the most extensive by-the-glass list I found anywhere in Santiago, they are also one of only two wine bars that keeps all of their wines in a temperature controlled area (very important--as most places don't have AC in Chile). All of the food I had was great--but my top favorites were the applewood smoked salmon, the loco plate, and the short ribs. I really enjoyed being able to try new wines from small, boutique producers in Chile (this is something you can only do in a few places in Santiago) and get recommendations from the really knowledgeable owner as well as the fact that they include a little tag on each glass so that you can keep track of what each wine in front of you is, if you do a flight of half glasses of wine like I did. The two best places for wines-by-the-glass and the best selection of wines from smaller producers are Bocanariz and Barrica94.
