The coliflor burger was good and the fries were above average. Cobb salad was really a super onion salad and not great. Kids meals were like most kids meals. Something I have never experienced is a restaurant that does not have water without gas. Finally we convinced our waiter to bring out two tap waters. It was not just us, the guy at the table next to us looked like he was going to explode when the waiter told him there was no water. Even the dudes selling food out of shopping carts on the street in Santiago have water "sin gas". The decorations in Hard Rock are clearly unique, but sometimes maybe minor "trophies". Bit strange to see MC Hammer's jacket. I mean we all know he was known for his jackets but don't worry it is behind glass and you can't touch this. Seems to be that locals come to drink and eat appetizers. Give the other cool options in Santiago, I think this is a one time deal for us.

If you have a group you can get the parrilladas, a hot grill they bring to your table with a bunch of different kinds of meat roasting on it. This is Chilean food as it is meant to be. If you have room you should try some of the traditional and delicious desserts.
